My family's stay at the Radisson on Meacham Blvd. was lacking in several ways. Though the hotel appearance was generally clean besides the carpet, it could definitely use some updates. The bed skirts on the beds were torn up. The bedside chair was chewed and clawed up. It looked like it was done by someone's pet maybe. The microwave cord was stretched across to a power strip that was dangling in the air, appearing dangerous. The one set of elevators was way down a long and winding hallway, though there stairs available before you came to the elevator. Also, please be aware that though it takes a key card to re-enter the outside doors that are all around the building accessible to parking, the key cards never worked our entire stay, even after we were told maintenance had fixed the problem. Therefore , it was very inconvenient to have to walk around the entire building back to the front door every time we parked or needed to run down to the car. Breakfast was available in their restaurant for 15.95 per person but there is a McDonald's right across the street. There's also a Subway right next door to the hotel. The positive things I can say are that the beds were comfortable, and the fountain in the lobby is a nice attraction. All in all we would not recommend this hotel and won't be going back.
