Could use some TLC and attention to details
I booked this place for a last minute short get away for my sister and I. Iâll start by saying the location is great. Close to everything. The condo itself is suitable but is lacking in basic upkeep, as was the property itself. The balcony was dirty and very uninviting. There was bracing holding the roof up (seen on other balconies as well), both toilets clogged (luckily there were plungers) neither shower would drain properly and we were standing in inches of water while showering, which was very slippery. One of the hand soap containers was almost empty, dish soap was almost empty, body wash in one shower was completely empty, no hand soap at all in kitchen and there wasnât quite enough laundry detergent in the bottle to start the load of towels we were required to start before we departed. In addition, every dish we took out from the cabinets, were covered in what appeared to be dry wall dust (just a guess though) and needed to be pre-washed.I did not contact management to address the issue of the plumbing as we were there for a short time. We did not want to have our short time together interrupted so we dealt with it and took short showers. I feel like most of the issues would have been known about prior to our visit. Cleaning crew would have known the bathtubs werenât draining and all of the soaps were empty/almost empty for example.
