Welcome to Magnolia House! Tucked in the middle of the historic Summerville district of the one and only Augusta, GA, Magnolia House is located 10 min from the Augusta National where the Master’s Golf Tournament is played.

This beautiful hideaway is perfect for a fun getaway with friends, golf enthusiasts, large families, or busy medical professionals. Magnolia House is equipped with 4 Bedrooms / 3 Baths, including a Large King Master Suite with walk-in dressing room, two Queen Bedrooms (one downstairs, one upstairs) and a Bedroom with two Twin XLs. There is one full bath downstairs, one full bath with a shower and tub in the upstairs hallway, and the third full bath off the King Master suite. There are Smart TVS with premium cable throughout the house and linens / towels provided within each room.

We have a large kitchen and kitchen nook complete with two ovens, a dishwasher, toaster/toaster oven, two coffee makers, refrigerator with ice maker, and all the cookware, dishware, and utensils you might need. Serve 10 for dinner in the formal dining room beside large plantation windows and a fireplace.

Relax in a 600 sq ft living room with stunning 10 ft high ceilings. A sectional couch, wine cooler and wet bar, and a 77 inch Smart TV with premium cable above the fireplace await you. The whole house is embellished with huge windows lined with plantation shutters for easy opening and closing.

We have an ample balcony off the master suite for sunbathing, a screened in porch for cricket listening or watching your favorite sport on a 50+ inch TV, and a 1800 sq ft fenced backyard with a small fire pit, greenhouse and multiple bird feeders. A four car driveway is available to you as well as free street parking. Welcome guests in the elegant foyer with double doors and lights imported from Turkey.
