When everyone returns from a full day of adventure, the communal gas fireplace will be waiting to unthaw frozen toes and the gas grill can be just the ticket for a cookout in the fresh air. When the stars come out, gather for a movie night with loved ones or simply reminisce about the day's memories until everyone is ready to doze off to sweet dreams.

This lovely condo is centrally located and is an ideal launching point for year-round recreation. Aside from back door access to ski and bike Granby Ranch, you will also be in close proximity to the Granby Ranch Golf Course (two miles north) and Winter Park Resort (20.5 miles south). Granby Ranch offers a number of hiking trails, as well as locations for fly fishing. You can also take a day trip to Rocky Mountain National Park, Hot Sulphur Springs, Lake Granby, and the Arapahoe National Forest, all accessible within a 30-minute drive.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
