Enjoy resting upstairs in the loft or in the queen-size sofabed in the living room. Of course, guests can alway enjoy the shared hot tub and sauna during their stay! The options are limitless.
What's nearby: Just 300 yards from the Super Bee Lift, guests can enjoy all the benefits of being close to town and the mountain. Forget some necessary gear? Camp Hale Outfitters (half a mile from the studio) provides top-notch rentals, including high performance gear. Guests can also buy gifts and ski lessons, and even check the mountain’s lost and found! Hikers will enjoy being just over six miles from the Mayflower Gulch Trail, which is close to historic mining trails and lovely wildflowers when the weather is warm. Less than a half mile from the studio, El Zacatecano offers delicious Mexican food with portions perfect for post-skiing appetites.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Pros: close to the slopes, 2 min walk to easy village lifts, food and amenities. Hot-tub access and under ground parking spot. Overall space is clean. Cons: you are paying for location. All kitchen utinsels are old and cheap. All the outlets are loose. Pull out couch mattress is broken and needs a foam pad. We were missing extra pillow cases. Heat is hot upstairs you need a fan to stay circulated. Half the lights were out and fire place doesn’t work. I communicated all of this and a musty smell of the vacasa Managment number which is a mass customer service line. They responded that they put in request but nothing changed with the quality of our stay for the time we were there. So if your thinking about booking this- book for location. Do not expect anything from the management to improve the stay upon your arrival it is as is.

Nice place.
We were very happy with our stay. The check in was very easy. No keys just a number code for the door and another for the garage. The place was very clean. It had plenty of kitchen items. It is also very close to the super b lift and the bus stop.
I would definitely recommend this place.

Condo was run down
Several lights didn’t work and the temperature control was not good. The condo fluctuated between really warm and cold - we think because the sliding door leaked air badly.

Location. Otherwise the house was old and out of date. The heater did not work so it was like a sauna in the loft bedroom. The bed was old and frame did not seem attached. Fireplace starter broke and not clean

Location!
Easiest checkin possible. Great location to walk to lift. No ski locker and limited space in the condo. Beds need a refresh and shower is low pressure. Toilet paper is terrible but they do provide dove wash products which was nice.
More than 2 adults and you'll be bumping elbows the space is very tight. Bring a sound machine and eye mask. The large windows let in a lot of light through the night and you can hear everything going on in the parking lot.

Convenient but tired
The location was Close to a lift, however the place needs some fixing up. Uncomfortable chairs, torn bedspread, tiles missing on fireplace. The door to hot tub was locked even though a sign says it is open with limited access and we called with no response.

Overall a good experience
Check in was ridiculous. You have to pick up the keys in one location and the condo is in another. The instructions said to go to 109 to get the key, but it was really 102. There was no place to legally park to pick up the keys. The lock box code didn't work, and there was no one in the office. Luckily a woman who said that she was housekeeping came in and got me the keys. After that it was all great.

Summit House East, Unit 112
We enjoyed our stay at Summit House East Unit 112. The place was clean and accommodated all our needs. We stayed for ten days, and between my wife, daughter, and myself, storage can be a little limited, but we managed with no issues. The smell described in other reviews was centralized in the main hallway, not in the unit, from our experience. The fireplace knob is missing and would be the only critical item needing to be addressed, but we used it successfully either way. The unit is perfect for those wanting a place to stay for a ski vacation. It is very close to the bus stop; therefore, getting around Copper is easy. I would only warn those bringing a lot of gear that storage is limited. We were not supplied a key to the ski locker, so I am unsure if it is dedicated to only the owner. Overall, we were very pleased with the unit and will happily stay here again, probably next season😉

Watch your head at Copper Mountain
This condo is in a great location. We were a 3 min walk from the nearest bus stop and 5 mins from the nearest lift. However, the nearest lift is in East Village and has no access to green runs. So if you aren’t experienced, then you must take a bus to another village. The room was clean and the check-in process was the absolute best that I have ever seen. The reason for a 3 star rating is for 3 reasons. The staircase is in the middle of the living room. My son slept on the pull out sofa and hit the stairs multiple times while going from the living room to the kitchen. It was awful. They need to pad them since there is only a small gap between the stairs and counter top. It is extremely difficult to get around them. And there is a gap at the top that you can easily slip through. We blocked it with stuff from the closet to avoid breaking our ankles or leg. Next, the temperature gap in the condo is terrible. We set the air to 60 at night, but the temp upstairs was over 70. So if you sleep with it cold like we do, then expect the downstairs to be in the mid 50s at night if the upstairs is going to be bearable to sleep. Lastly, the laundry is on the second floor of the building, but there is no access to getting change unless you drive to a store or stop in the village somewhere which made things very tough to wash clothes each evening. This is a good condo for the price though. Please BEWARE of the staircase.

Booked this place because it was a good price. It was also close to the Alpine lift which made it easy to walk to. However, beds were uncomfortable, appliances were out dated, and never could figure out how to get into the sauna. The pilot light kept going out in the heater and they had zero flexibility for late stay or parking.

Where's a window
While a comfortable unit for my stay of two nights, only having a glass patio slider on this ground-floor unit was not ideal for ventilation. I'm sure in the winter during ski season this unit would be fine, but in the summer, fresh cool air coming in through a window would be great. The TV in living room is janky, remote missing batteries. Would've been nice to have some coffee filters to use in maker.

Great location. Condo is very hot and checkin clumsy
Location is great with quick walk to super bee lift.
Areas of improvement:
Checkin is clumsy. You have to drive to center base to separate facility to get key.
Condo has no ability to adjust heat so very hot and cannot turn down except to turn ceiling and portable fans on. No access to hot tub was provided. Bedding was very old and worn with holes in comforters.

Nice place!
The check in location to pick up keys didn’t have a parking lot. And the ceiling fan was beyond disgustingly dirty! Afraid to turn it on. The fireplace didn’t work for us.
But the location was great! And everything else in the listing was accurate. Great for our family of 4 for a few days skiing.
