Primary Bedroom Suite includes spacious bathroom with whirlpool bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a long hike or a day at the ski run.
Downstairs family room includes a TV that is streaming only (FIRE TV), plus books and games for the whole family.
Additional bedrooms are private and cozy. Office bedroom is ready for your remote office needs and includes an extra monitor, wireless printer and internet enabled Wi-Fi.

Upstairs:
Great room accented by a gas fireplace, spacious seating area, flat screen TV (Google TV) dining table and a table for card games or puzzles, The kitchen has plenty of space for family to help cook, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, 5 burner gas stove add to the ease of preparing meals.
The dining room table seats 8, and is adjacent to the deck with a gas bbq.
The second deck is off the living area and overlooks the fenced backyard.

The primary bedroom suite is located on the upper level but set apart from the living room in case someone wants to retire early and boasts a Standard King bed with full bath including separate shower and jetted tub.

A half bath and full laundry room complete the upper level amenities. There is air conditioning for the upstairs areas.

Home currently set up with cable, but that will be transitioned to internet based streaming.

There is parking in the garage for 2 cars, and room in the driveway for 2 more.

Maximum occupancy: 8 people, children 5 and under are not counted, occupancy rules in effect at all times.

While staying here, please make sure to follow local ordinances (noise/maximum occupancy and maximum vehicles on site)We also require a signed rental agreement for every reservation and the person signing must be 25 years of age, must be staying at the property and have a copy of the signed rental agreement with them during their stay.

When traveling to Tahoe in the winter be prepared for winter driving, possible road closures and delays in snow removal. You are booking a trip to the mountains so come prepared.
