Large spacious condo(2100 sq ft) in the heart of Osage Beach.

Penthouse condo with vaulted ceilings, open floor plan and large deck...gorgeous views.

Master: King Bed, TV, Full bathroom w/tub-shower combo and double vanity

2nd Bedroom: Queen Bed

Family vacation

We had a great time here! It accommodated all our needs great view from the deck. Kitchen was well stocked with pots pans etc. Close to boat rental place and others outings. Communication was great and check in and out was easy! Definitely family friendly for all ages and would stay here again!

1st year with family, will do it again.

We had a great time, wish there were less steps, but great exercise and the main floor bathroom tub faucet is actually on backwards hard to control, but we managed. Would visit again. Shannon was great with communication.

Awesome condo!

The hostess was amazing to work with for this trip. Super accommodating. The condo itself was incredibly clean and very well kept. One awesome surprise was how nice the beds were. I have stayed at several condos at the lake and no ones back hurt after sleeping on these mattresses. I wish every place was like this one.

Nice Getaway

Great space for a family getaway. Lots of room for the whole family. The updates to the kitchen appliances were a nice touch. The living room had huge windows displaying an awesome view of the lake. Several restaurants in close proximity made it nice with having a bigger group. Shannon was very easy to reach to answer any questions we had prior to coming. We will be back to rent again!

40th Birthday party with group of 8!

Our stay was amazing!! Place was very clean and exactly how it was explained on site. Everything you need for a week stay! Just a little advice of you are being your own boat: you can not park trailer at property! The Glaize Marina at the State park is the place to dock $5.00 and you can leave your trailer for $5.00 a day!! Our stay was awesome and great view of the water!!

Thank you for your stay and review. While the AC did have troubles upon your check in, we did have the HVAC company arrive within 45 minutes of the original maintenance call and the temp did hold the remaining of your stay. Also, the entire AC and furnace has been replaced upon your departure. The condo is on the top floor, there are stairs from the parking lot and to the Pointe Pool. We do have this noted on the listing for transparency.

Family Reunion

This property fit our family perfectly! Enough space and bedrooms for everyone. The view is amazing and the deck is wonderful added space. The pools were put to good use by the grandchildren and the beach was smaller than expected, but still fun for the kids. There were many activities near the condo (golf, shopping, restaurants). We were also glad a hospital was near and happy we didn't need to use it. The one issue that we had was handled by the owner. (Thank you!) The dryer takes awhile to get things dry and it would be helpful to have beach towels at the condo to use as we forgot ours. It was a delightful stay and we would come back!

Needs alot of TLC

Not much furniture in living area and the furniture that was there was broken and very very used. Dryer took forever to dry things. Patio was very old and dirty. Patio furniture not user friendly either. Three flights of steps needed to get into condo. This was not disclosed when renting Kitchen was nice and view was good.

I am very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay at our condo. Our listing shows our furniture just the way it is. There is nothing hidden or withheld in my listing. If you felt there wasn't enough furniture in the correct areas for your party, maybe you should have picked a different location. I have listed in the description that this property is not handicap friendly, has two flights of stairs (from the parking lot). I stayed in good communication with you during your whole stay. You gave me some feedback to help better the condo for future guests which I thanked you for. You did tell me in text you would not leave me a bad review, yet didn't honor your word. We love our condo and take pride to have it in good order for our family and the guests that stay with us. We have stayed multiple times this summer and have not had any issues with the dryer, but I will look into it. Hope someone can meet your needs better in the future. Please make sure you read the whole descriptions of properties and like furniture placement to meet the needs of your party.
