Our 1100 sqft suite is located in a quiet family-oriented neighborhood. The Suite offers New Dormeo Deluxe Memory Foam Mattress with a duvet cover on EQ3 Burrows Platform king-size bed. Comfortable sectional couch, 48" 4k smart TV with cable and Netflix , full washroom and kitchen with dishwasher, unlimited hot water, Keurig coffee maker, Portable Induction Cooktop, refrigerator, toaster along with the microwave. We are available any time during our guest's visit and can be reached by a short message on VRBO or by the doorbell beside the main entrance door of the house.

Penticton Suite

The property was spotless and in a very convienent location in SE Penticton. Property manager Bal was very helpful meeting us for check-in and providing a very thorough orientation on the suite with all the amenities. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the suite and air conditioning was excellent.

Unit was very clean. And the host was kind and responsive. The one thing that I wish I knew was that there was not a separate bedroom which I didn't realize based on the advertisement. It was more like a studio with no door to the bedroom Also kitchen was very basic. Only one small knife, no can opener, or large cookiny bowls. The little pot didnt work so we had one panThe price was very fair and reasonable.The host lives upstairs, you can hear them but it didnt bother us. It wasnt excessive noise at all.

Just what we needed.

Stayed here for 5 nights with 2 adults, 1 kid while visiting Penticton. Easy to access, park and check-in. Bal was responsive to all questions. An affordable location to stay while exploring Penticton. Lots of space. You are in a basement suit with people living above, so understand what that entails, but nothing out of the ordinary. Thanks!

Outstanding once again!

This was our second stay at Bal’s place and it was great! We very much enjoyed soaking up some sun in the backyard while enjoying a cold beverage and reading our books. We love the Wiltse location as you are close to everything yet feel like you are getting away from crowds and noise. We will definitely stay at Bal’s place again.

Incredibly Clean

Bal was very welcoming and easy to deal with. My brother decided to stay with us at the last minute and Bal was fine with it, this was so appreciated. The only slight negative was the VRBO was 1 bedroom (king bed) not 2 as stated on the VRBO site. The livingroom couch does turn into a bed so I'm thinking that would be the 2nd bedroom? My sister and I would have no problem staying there again.

Not equipped or managed properly

My friend and I stayed at this property for 12 days. We are two female seniors. We were provided only two towels each for the entire stay. When asked for more towels or access to their washing machine, we were told by the host to speak to Verbo if we had any questions/requests. The host lives on the same property and told us to consider his rental to be Verbo's and to contact Verbo for any requests. There were not enough sheets provided for both guests as we were sleeping on different beds. Eventually, the host provided extra sheets and they had a bad odor to them. The rental is specious; however, it is not equipped adequately and hosted professionally!

Thanks, Zlata for leaving us a review. We have been sharing our house with guests for some time now and always try to do more in order to reach our guest's comfort. The only thing that we refused was fulfilling extra requests without engaging VRBO. As we generally communicate through the VRBO app or website, so all the communication gets documented. We had respectfully asked you to put the request through VRBO, so we can come with a positive outcome ( i:e we agreed to share a washer dryer and passed you guys a laundry basket). I acknowledge that you guys requested more towels and sheets, which were provided the same day. But you guys choose not to reach out to VRBO or us and then decided to wait for almost a month after checkout to leave us a review, which is quite far from the actual communication that happened between us. We still respect your feedback and looking forward to delivering more each time.

Peaceful and relaxing

Located in the Wiltse Flats area of Penticton, we were in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Still close to shopping, hiking and lakes, we were out of the downtown area leading to a very peaceful and relaxing vacation. Bal provided a comprehensive orientation to the property upon arrival and we had a fantastic four night stay in a well appointed unit with a very comfortable king bed. We would definitely stay again. Clean,comfortable,well furnished suite with cooking implements included. Safe parking on the property and Bal cleared snow in the morning. Very convenient to everything. Excellent experience.
