There are no stairs! Great for families! All 4 br and 2 ba are on the main floor. Both bathrooms are huge and each have a shower and separate soaking tub.

This home is in a safe, family friendly neighborhood. There are many shopping centers and restaurants all within 2 miles including Target, Kroger, Publix, Home Depot, Hobby Lobby, Starbucks, chain restaurants, small family owned restaurants and much more. Georgia Gwinnett College and Northside Hospital Gwinnett are both about 2 miles away.

Very nice place with all we needed

This home was great and had everything we need and a lot of room for our large group. We would definitely stay here again!

Spacious for family get together

Really nice and quiet neighborhood. Spacious family room for kids and large table with eight seats +4 at the bar. It was a great place to meet up with our daughter, son-in-law and four kids for a long weekend. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was a great place for fixing meals.

I stayed here a few months ago and we loved it I had another event in town and found it available again and I booked it we had to extend our trip because of the storm no power back home in South Georgia but we are enjoying ourselves and Thank you

This was a wonderful space for our stay. The rooms were spacious. The kitchen and living area was fabulous. The bathrooms, kitchen, and beds were very clean. I only have two small complaints. The floors were dirty and the yard was overgrown and unusable. Everything else about this property was incredible!

Great house for a family gathering

From the driveway you can’t tell that there is a good size family room and four large bedrooms with multiple beds. The kitchen/dinning area holds a big table to get the whole crew down for a meal. Nice space!

Let me start off by saying I am NOT one to write bad reviews. It takes a lot for me to do this but things need to be better.The layout of the hose was perfect for our group of 8We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the home. We walked into the home smelling of mildew. Apparently, there was a leak under the kitchen sink and the bucket was full and overflowing. The wood was rotting. The dish rack was underneath on the other side and covered in mildew. We had to scrub it to use it. The dishwasher had a sticky residue on the top of the door inside. The mop that was left in the closet smelled horrible. We put it outside so we could air it out. We bought candles and kept them lit while we were there and left the doors open just to try to elevate the smell. The bathrooms...UGH...Someone left excrement in the master bathroom toilet. Not very welcoming. But that was probably due to the fact that the toilet constantly clogged, even when only urinating. The floors were filthy. (in both bathrooms) There was dirt and black hair everywhere. I had to keep socks on to keep my feet from getting filthy when I got out of the shower. the icing on the cake was the huge roach that visited me when I was on the toilet!I was told the place was cleaned. If so, they need to find a new cleaner because they are definitely not getting what they are paying for. I cannot see how all this was missed.Again, I hate leaving bad reviews but I am one to read them when making my decisions.

Could be cleaner since charged cleaning fee

could have been cleaner. When getting out of shower the bathroom floors were dirty so feet were making dirty foot prints. There was a lot of trees that could have been cleaned up in the back yard, so the house wouldn't be so dark and gloomy.

Perfect space for a group

We stayed here for my wedding weekend and it was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the house is clean and spacious! Perfect big living room and kitchen for gathering and ample space to sleep.

Plenty of towels and beds. No stairs but floors in bathroom were dirty, shower was clean though. Kitchen very clean and well outfitted. No welcome items. No book of suggested restaurants and no list of things to do at checkout, received the information after we left. Was good enough, but for the cost it was not as good as others I had rented before

Better than the pics

My family loved this house. It was very spacious. Very clean and clutter free. Fresh towels and fresh linen. The house was much better than expected. I was a little nervous but was pleasantly surprised. The neighborhood was quiet and close to shopping. Everyone said they would definitely stay here again. Check in was seamless. The beds were very comfortable and everyone talked about the good night sleep they got. Great place for families. I will definitely stay here again!
