Absolutely loved our visit! We definitely plan to come back again and we don’t normally book a spot more than once. This spot is a little hidden gem for fishing and making memories. Everyone of us caught a fish with my husband catching a big fat one! Our family loved and can’t wait to make it a tradition. You can tell the owners put a lot of love into the property.

We stay at two cabins a year and this is the only cabin that we have stayed at 6 years in a row. The hosts are fantastic and the cabin is beautiful and fits all of our needs. Fishing is great with an abundance of bass and sunfish. We highly recommend this scenic cabin if you want peace, quiet and privacy.

This is a delightful cabin right on a lake. It has lovely views of the lake and you are able to host a lovely sunrise from the windows of large porch. It is obvious that a lot of love and thought went into the building and decorating of the property. Very clean. Suspect this would be a great place to fish although we just enjoyed the quiet and getting away for a while. The hosts were wonderful and were great when we got lost going to Shakamak park one day. Our dog enjoyed it too. Would highly recommend this property and these hosts.

We very much enjoyed our getaway to this cabin. It was well stocked with dishes, pans, and all the utensils needed.The fishing and hiking trails were excellent.

This cabin was the perfect little retreat to unplug for the weekend. The pictures really do not do this property justice! We had the best time cooking over a fire, fishing, reading and just relaxing! Everything we needed was in the cabin and the hosts were a simple text away if we needed anything at all! David met us at the property to walk us through the cabin and answer any questions and there was even a plate of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies! Highly recommend and cannot wait to visit again!

We love the peacefulness and the expanse of the property and that we can bring our dog! No wifi and some cell service, but we are good with that it helps get away from it all, this is our 3rd visit and we will be back!

Cabin and property are very well provisioned for a relaxing getaway. We cooked dinner lakeside using the swivel-over cooking grate built into the firepit. We had morning coffee enjoying the sunrise over the lake. Bedrooms were very comfortable and well equipped with blankets/quilts.

We had a great time here! From check in with David and the freshly baked cookies to the last day was great! We came for some relaxation and fishing and got just that in! We will be back!

Family getaway

Beautiful Cabin. It was very clean and well maintained and had everything we needed for a nice weekend get away. The host were very nice and helpful. The property was very pretty and peaceful. We hiked around the lake a few times and enjoyed the scenery. We saw a beaver in the lake, some deer and two Bald Eagles while we were there. Definitely recommend this location to others. We will be back!

Great stay!

We spent the weekend with our two labs. They loved swimming in the lake, we loved the quiet. The cabin was very cozy.
