Paradise!

Stunning ocean view property! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable! Very spacious for 2 people! We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning! We would highly recommend you make this your residence while staying in the gorgeous Kapalua area!

Beautiful View

I loved every morning to wake up to a view of the ocean. The location was convenient to walks on the beach, excellent restaurants, and resort amenities. The shuttle provided a ride to the golf tournament and any where else on the property..

It was very relaxing, quiet, well kept and a team that you can truly tell that they care about the community. There was not a single thing we needed in this unit. First and foremost the condo is in excellent condition. Very well kept and virtually everything we needed in every room. The view was outstanding and your entire property is beautiful.

Spectacular Kapalua villa

This was our first time to Maui and choice of this villa was awesome. The villa itself meet all of highest expectations for our very OCD taste. There was nothing lacking in quality, taste and amenities. The location was perfect to beach access, walking trails, golf and whale watching and scuba diving in Lahaina. Lahaina and Kaanapali were just 15 minutes away. I would definitely give this villa and property mgmt high 5’s.

It's paradise! The unit has every thing you might want in a rental. The accommodations are very comfortable and every thing was in working order. Top of the line kitchen. Unit has a washer/dryer which definitely is a huge plus. You are the BEST! So easy to work with. Responsive and dedicated in making sure you enjoy your stay. 5 Stars on service.

The unit was beautiful however the wash machine smells bad which made our clothes smell after using

The unit was beautiful however the wash machine smells bad which made our clothes smell after using the machine. I have heard the front loaders get mold in the rubber ring. That may need to be looked at. Also, every now and then we could smell a bad odor when we walked into the unit. Not sure where that was coming from. Otherwise a very beautiful condo. The Ridge is beautiful and we have stayed in the complex many times over the years and plan to continue. Thank you for allowing us to check in a couple hours early.

Kapalua, and 1412 Ridge made this a vacation to remember.

Kapalua, and 1412 Ridge made this a vacation to remember. As seniors that says a lot. Great views, and location. Spacious, and high end touches that fit our visit to Kapalua. My wife and I were very pleased with our unit, and the service we received from Terry Cravens at Ridge-we stopped by her office to tell her in person. Top notch quality that any visitor to Maui should know about.
