A true ski in and ski out mountain retreat in the Zephyr Mountain Lodge that is unbelievably convenient making your Rocky Mountain getaway pure bliss! Grab your equipment from the private ski locker and head a few yards to the only gondola at Winter Park Resort! This beautiful, Riverside unit is located in Zephyr Mountain Lodge at the Base Village of Winter Park Resort in Winter Park, CO. It is just a few steps away to some of the best skiing, snowboarding, hiking and biking in Winter Park. The lovely unit is 1BR/1BA and sleeps 4 guests with a queen bed and pullout couch. It is front and center providing sweeping views of the gondola, Village and slopes.
Relax, unwind and have an amazing Rocky Mountain getaway? Yes, please! Relax on your private deck and enjoy watching skiers come down the slopes or ride the gondola. Enjoy apres-ski in the Base Village or by your private gas fireplace or make s’mores by the fire in the Village. Unwind and relieve sore muscles in the shared hot tubs (spa towels and robes provided).
Great dining options? Yes! You can prepare your own meals in the well equipped, full kitchen, have your meals catered to you by Mountain Goat Co., walk to the several dining options in the Village or drive/bus to downtown Winter Park.
Coffee lover? Brew your own coffee with Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker or french press or walk next door to Starbucks. The Village restaurants, retail shops, and additional activities are just steps away. Other amenities include fitness room, crockpot, games for adults/kids, puzzles and toys. There is parking for one vehicle in the gated, underground heated parking that is pay-to-park.

We had such a great stay. Best view of the mountain, location is perfect. We were able to get checked in early, which was very helpful. Parking is a little cumbersome and isn’t included which isn’t ideal.

New Year Family Trip

We had the best week staying in this condo. Andrea was quick to respond to our questions and easy to work with. She had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of storage for our family of 4. It was so nice to be so close to the slopes and have storage for our skis each day. We will definitely be back!

Awesome building; cute apartment. Slightly snug for 4, but it works. The spa is great and there’s a nice little gym. The ski locker is the killer for this place. Great locker location and size. Easily fits 4 sets of skis and/or boards.

Can’t wait to come back!

This room was better than we imagined! I almost don’t want to leave a positive review because we want to book it ourselves over and over! We even asked the owner if the unit was for sale! Literally the best view of the slopes and mountain! Short walking distance to the Gondola. We booked very last minute and we had no trouble at all! Cannot wait to come back!

Pros: Cant get any closer to the gondola. Ski locker easy to access. Kitchen included Keureg and traditional drip coffee maker along with a lot of items like olive oil, salt & pepper, ziploc bags that have been left by other renters over time. Extras like humidifier and blankets for comfort. Cons: The property has two small hot tubs - neither of which had working jets when we stayed. Parking garage is available but it is pay to park and very tight when parking a large SUV. Tiny little “motel” hair dryer & limited toiletries.

Considering that I fell on the third day, and unable to ski the rest of our trip, I had a lovely time! This is a sweet condo overlooking the slopes and gondola. Great people watching! My husband was able to ski a little and we both had a restful time in the beautiful Rockies. The Zephyr is unquestionably the place to be, The condo was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Book it!!!!

We love Winter Park! We have been coming to Winter Park since the 90's and bought a condo in the Zephyr Mountain Lodge in 2008. We currently own 3 units that we rent through VRBO. We are from the Midwest and get to CO every chance we can. Our kids went through the ski and ride program and also dropped in with the Alpine ski team every chance they got! WP is a great family resort with amazing terrain and so close to Denver International.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This extra large one bedroom condo was remodeled in 2021 with new flooring, fresh paint, quart countertops, new decor, bed and furniture. The bathroom was also updated with a new vanity, mirror and lighting throughout. We added a barn wood fireplace surround and a bar seating area. The unit faces the Gondola, slope and village so you can enjoy people watching from the living room, bedroom and private deck.

The benefits of staying here are the amazing slope, gondola and village views along with the roomy feel of the larger one bedroom unit. The newly upgraded condo gives you a rustic mountain experience you are sure to remember!
