We primarily stayed at the property to sleep, as we were in town for family business. But, everything was good. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay with a great view!

This property was very neat and very clean. Located right next to the water with a perfect deck view. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The owner was also very helpful and polite.

Great stay, beautiful view

Property was as expected from the listing. Incredible view of the lake, amenities made it a comfortable stay. The driveway down to the unit was a little treacherous, but that is unavoidable pretty much anywhere you go in the Ozarks. I would give 5 stars, but unfortunately, there were spiders. Everywhere. We had to dispatch at least a dozen during our 3 night stay. One of them was on my shoulder. Time for some pest control and deep cleaning.

Nice property in a great location

Five women stayed at this property for a weekend getaway. Great location and view of the lake. Nice pool. Other than the carpet looking like it hadn't been vacuumed in the dining area, the condo was very clean. Communicating with the property manager and checking in/out was very easy. Could have used a few more kitchen towels and bathroom hand towels, but we got by. Would recommend this property.

Beautiful

Great, spacious, quiet condo. Only downfall was no tv in second bedroom. One pool had no water. Not much communication on what was accessible to the vrbo condos. Property manager was easy to communicate with. Lake view was amazing waking up to with a great balcony

Condo was very nice! Beautiful view of the lake! Beds were comfortable! There is some construction going on the outside! Pool was not open.. Free Parking is right outside your condo, it is very steep! We navigated the roads and parking fine but just saying it is very steep hill! Owner communicated well! We enjoyed our stay! We had a great price for a two bed two bath condo! Thank you!

Very nice -- lots of room!

Very clean and very spacious. View off the balcony was stunning. We loved it. For the previous reviewers who said carpet was stained and sofa was so dirty they covered with a bed sheet - pish posh! Bedrooms had carpeting, and all was clean. Most of the condo had hardwood floors, which were also clean. Sofa was fine. Swivel club chairs had a little pilling, but were fine. Beds were fantastic - very comfortable. We slept well. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo itself was good. Received no check in nformation until I had to call customer service while standing outside the unit at check-in time; issue was resolved fairly quickly by the property owner. Couch in the living room needs to be deep cleaned and has stains on it. Saturday night at 12:30am the unit next to use began having a loud party that woke us up. Not this property owners fault but it ruined our last night.

Unexpected items

The check in information was fine. We did show up a little early and interrupted the cleaning staff. There was only 1 parking pass when their should have been 2 and despite several attempts and receiving a notice from security which we couldn't get in touch with, we finally got in touch with the towing service and kept from getting towed. We encountered several Spiders. The patio couch had a broken arm and a sharp corner witch almost cut one of us so I wrapped a bandage around it. Over all the experience was fun and the location was great despite the little imperfections.

Although the place itself was beautiful and a perfect location there were many problems including the host/management. Starting off with basic issues such as only 5 outlets in the entire vrbo working, showered certain being held up by 5 hooks, and overall dirty. The biggest issue we ran into was lack of communication. when we arrived the first day (Thursday) we expressed our concerns about not having a parking pass…we were told that we would have it that night. Two days go by still don’t have one and after being reassured we would not be towed and if anything were to happen we would be fully reimbursed the complete opposite happened. Not only were we towed but the host ignored almost every single text/call about the situation. Ended up calling on a separate number and when the host finally picked up we were told we would have a refund (for the tow) and a parking pass by 5pm…NEITHER OF THESE THINGS HAPPENED! Only after 48 hours after our check out time we had to call once again and finally got the refund.

Beautiful balcony view! Feel like there could be nicer/non broken patio furniture. The pull out couch was slightly broken and very old/uncomfortable. No real clear instructions for what we needed to do at check out. All in all our stay was nice.

The condo met our needs perfectly. We enjoyed both pools, rented a pontoon for 1/2 a day, visited Bridal Cave and LOVED Neon Taco!! Kitchen was adequately stocked, but might be good to exchange grilling utensils with more indoor cook wear, since grills have been banned. The view from balcony was spectacular; would be even more enjoyable with comfier, increased seating. Indoor space was very good, however agree that a door on second bathroom would be nice. Also, as mentioned previously, carpet does need to be deep cleaned or replaced entirely. Lastly, our 14 year old twins didn’t “love” the pull out couch - the mattress and springs were pretty worn out and probably need to be replaced.

Great Condo for our time

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was a bit on the small side, but our family of four were comfortable. The stackable washer and dryer were nice. The carpet in the living and dining room should possibly be replaced as it is a main thorough fare and gets lots of traffic. The beds were a bit small as I am used to sleeping on a King, but were very comfortable. The bathroom in the mainsuite does not have a door from the room to where the toilet and tub/shower are. I would put in a door or a pocket door. Something to give you a bit of privacy. The deck/patio is a nice sized space and the view is beautiful. It would be nice to have a glass railing out here. If you are sitting you are looking through heavy white metal bars, but if you are standing there is no issue. The walk to the docks is a very steep one, not for those out of shape like me. Having a slip was an added bonus. There is plenty of shopping and eating close as the condo is in a really nice location. Check in and communication was very easy. There are lots of notices about fines and penalties around the condo regarding if certain rules are not followed. Those might be better to be listed within the listing and not in the condo itself. Kitchen was nice and well stocked with the bare essentials. I would recommend this condo for those that need a place to sleep and hang out prior to exploring the lake and area.
