Direct Slopeside 3+ bedroom/3 bath newly remodeled ski-in/ski-out Condo in Mountain Village Core

Luxury meets convenience in this newly remodeled 3 bedroom/3 bath direct slopeside condo adjacent to the main pedestrian core of Mountain Village and the gondola to Telluride.
Enjoy open concept living in this light and inviting modern condo overlooking the Misty Maiden ski run and Village Express Lift 4 base area in Mountain Village.
The condo enjoys 2 bedrooms on the main level: a master suite with king bed, cable TV, and attached bath featuring large walk-in shower with dual showerheads. The second bedroom on this level features a queen bed, twin bed and overhead twin bunk. There is also an attached bath with walk-in shower.
The open concept living area features vaulted ceilings with beautiful wood beams, a floor to ceiling gas operated stone fireplace, large windows to enjoy the slopeside views, gorgeous wood floors, comfy leather couch and arm chairs, and Smart TV with both cable and streaming app capabilities. The dining table has seating for up to 8 and the private deck off the living area also has a patio set and propane grill. The fully remodeled kitchen features Dolomite countertops, top of the line stainless steel appliances including a 5 burner gas cooktop, full size oven, convection oven/microwave combo, and french door style refridgerator. Sleek cabinetry, coffee bar area, laundry closet with stackable washer/dryer, and mudroom finish off the main level.
Upstairs a sleeping loft overlooks the living room with a twin day bed and twin pull out trundle. A master suite is also on this level with king bed, private balcony, TV, private vanity with sink, and Jack-and-Jill bath opening to both the loft area and bedroom.
The condo enjoys a private ski locker located on the ground level adjacent to the ski slope and shares a common hot tub with the other condos of the building ( hot tub may be closed due to maintenance/amenity not guaranteed to be available). One underground garage parking space is included. Private WiFi for the condo and basic cable TV also included, and smart TV app accesibility such as NetFlix, Hulu, etc. available with personal account log in. Please note this is a 3rd floor walk up condo, the building does not have an elevator.
The main pedestrian core of Mountain Village is steps away including dinning, shopping, and outdoor firepits and tables for gathering. The main gondola to Telluride is directly across from the condo for quick and easy access to downtown. Ski access is directly adjacent to ground level of condo building.

Great Location

The location could not be more convenient. My only negative feedback is climbing 2 flights of stairs after a long day of skiing is hard, but other than that, the property was amazing and the location could not be better!!

Wonderful, updated unit as close as you can get to the base!

Wonderful unit with updated bathrooms and kitchen! The kitchen had every thing you would ever need to cook and store leftovers. Views of mountain village and sunsets on the mountain peaks are incredible. The ski in/ski out access is as close as you can get to the Mountain Village base. Highly recommend!

Great unit, great location

Overall this was a great unit in a great ski in/out location. I didn’t realize there was no elevator, but walking up a couple flights of stairs was no big deal (but could be an issue for some). Also, the mattresses were a little firm for my taste, but also not a big deal.

Great location in Telluride Mountain Village.

We stayed here with friends for an event in Telluride. There is plenty of room and the place is super clean. There is a nice patio that overlooks the gondola. Free gondola is a short walk and one goes into town and the other goes to the grocery store. We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely return. Another comment mentioned the parking which was true. There is only one spot but you can leave cars overnight in the nearby parking garage then take the free gondola right to the property. We didn’t think it was an issue as long as you are aware of it ahead of time.

Perfect Mountain Village location

This was an excellent property for our group of 6 skiers. The condo is ski in/ski out right by chair 4 and the gondola; 2-minute walk to the main part of Mountain Village. There is a ski locker on the first floor. This is a third floor walk-up, which was fine with us. The condo's kitchen and bathrooms are fully updated. Kitchen has everything you'd ever need to cook meals -- probably the best vrbo property we've every stayed at in that respect -- and the showers and bathrooms are good-sized. Nice large living and dining areas, with a high cathedral ceiling and warm fireplace. The place is fully stocked with paper goods and cleaning supplies. Great communication by the management company, who answered our questions immediately and ensured a smooth check-in process. Excellent property and we will rent again.

Unit was run down and in need of some maintenance.

We stayed in the summer with no air conditioning. Bigger problem was many windows were somewhat broken and not able to be opened or missing screens rendering them in operable. The ceiling fans squeaked and clicked so loud you couldn't sleep with them on. So the heat of summer without basic cooling options made the unit unlivable. I also felt the pictures did not accurately reflect the overall condition of the unit.

Updated condo with excellent location

What a gem! Condo is very comfortable and all bathrooms and kitchen have been upgraded to top of the line appliances and finishes. We were very comfortable during our stay and spent some fun nights playing games around the large dining table. But the location is the best feature and can’t be beat. Grab your skis from the private ski locker and you are steps from the main lift 4 to get your ski day started. Very enjoyable. Thank you for a great stay!

Just ok but great location

Keith and the property staff were nice and wanted to be helpful but the condo was just average. The best part about it was the location. Short walk to the village. If you are planning to work and need internet, this may not be the property for you. The internet was very slow and sometimes just stopped working. Finally, I wouldn’t advise bringing two cars. Despite the property sleeping 10 and accommodating two families, there was just one garage spot. We paid $150 to park a second car about a mile away.
