Augusta visit

Great stay. Trey was extremely responsive to all my questions and he made sure I had what I needed to make the stay great for my dog as well. Highly appreciate everything, would recommend this for anybody else wanting to be in Augusta.

My wife and I stayed for nearly a month while our home was undergoing repairs. This place was extremely inviting and comfortable! For anyone looking for a comfortable stay, don’t pass on this option!

Comfortable, clean and conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants and parks/trails. Fenced backyard and deck can be enjoyed with grill and outdoor seating - also great for dogs. Indoors has excellent water pressure, internet speed, and tasteful decor.

Home away from home

Upon arrival the house was very nice and after going inside we were very impressed. The house was so clean and well appointed. Trey was an awesome host and was right on top of things. I would recommend the Blue Bungalow to anyone going to the Augusta area.

What a wonderful little house

All I can say is "Wow!" This little house is just perfect. Beautifully restored and well-appointed in a quiet, pretty neighborhood...it's like someone would have this to live in rather than as a rental. Trey was the perfect host - friendly, helpful and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!

95th Birthday Celebration

We were in town from Florida to celebrate mom's 95th birthday. The cottage was the perfect location ( she lives on The Hill) and was well appointed. The lawn was tidy and we felt good about letting our very clean white little Bichon Frises out to potty. We will most definitely return on our next visit to Augusta.

Beautiful bungalow near Augusta Nat'l.

Very clean, well-kept and comfortable. Great for myself and friend heading to a day at Augusta National. Easy walk to gate took about 25 minutes. Small bathroom so wouldn't suggest more than a couple or small family. But two very nice bedrooms, everything well-appointed, and host accessible and very helpful when needed.

Lovely little cottage in quiet neighborhood

Place was a quiet cottage in a neighborhood away from main roads. We were there for an Ironman race and got caught up with the hurricane Helene. Luckily we were safe but caught there with the race cancelled and fallen trees in the roads. Trey (owner) cut his way out from his property and worked his way to us to help ensure we were able to leave the area safely - our hero with a chainsaw. This place has everything you need and I just loved how you are near to everything but also have your own peace and quiet.

Christmas 2023

I stayed there with my husband and our 2 dogs. We were in town for Christmas visiting family. The property was perfect for us! I’m 6’ tall and my husband 6’ 4” so we aren’t small. We slept in the king bedroom and used the guest bedroom for our clothes & luggage. The rest of the floor-plan is open and lovely. Our only complaint if that is the right word, was the bathroom was a little on the small side for us. We are quite tall! Overall we loved the house and the yard is very nice and surprisingly large! I would rent it again, especially with family in the area we will be back in the area.

Perfect home!

This quaint home had everything we needed during our house hunting process and was comforting to return to after a very long day. The home is central to many restaurants and grocery stores, exceptionally clean, comfortable beds and bedding, and a fenced in backyard for our pups. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

We had such an incredible time at this property. Our family was moving to the area and needed a last minute place to stay while we closed on our house. We stayed for three weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. The area is close to everything! 10 minutes to downtown, 5 minute drive to Kroger, and just around the corner from the Masters. The neighbors were super friendly. We walked around the streets every morning with my one year old and dog and felt completely safe. Book this property and you will have an amazing time! We will be using Trey’s properties when my family comes to town from now on.

A very nicely rentivated home. The interior was first class! We stayed for 25 days while I home was under repairs. Met about half of the neighbors. Good location. Close to downtown & all of the medical & business district. The owner is very responsive & a nice guy. We definitely recommend this great little place!😀

Augusta excellence!

Loved it! Everything was as advertised. Easy to find and very convenient for us! Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was adequately appointed and stocked. The welcome gift basket was the THE BEST I’ve ever had! so thoughtful! We could not get the the tv to work with just regular abc, nbc etc channels. It might be helpful to add an HD antennae to your set up. If I ever get back to the area I will certainly try to get this house again!
