Great stay..

Very nice unit with all the amenities needed for a great stay. Area was quite and out of the way but yet still in the heart of the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants. We will be staying again soon.

The property worked for our needs. The condo set up was nice; each of the 3 bedrooms had its own bathroom. Kitchen had enough supplies for our needs. If you're planning on cooking, bring a teflon skillet! Toaster, coffee pot and ice maker all worked well. The beds were comfortable. Easy access to the pools and beach. Nice having 2 parking spaces but going in and out of the deck was kind of a pain, especially with a pick up truck. Some stains on carpet and furniture. The unit could use a deep cleaning. Overall, we had a fun week and would book again.

Wasn’t to bad

This room overall was okay. There were no pans. There were just pots. The carpets needs to be replace. The bed in the master bedroom needs to be replaced also. I felt like I was sleeping in my great-grandmother spare bedroom bed that she had from her first marriage. It was so loud every time we moved. Would I stay in this condo again. I don’t think so much I would stay in the building again for sure.

Not cleaned on time for check-in and floors were dirty

I wanted to love this condo, it was good size for 10 people but the furniture is pretty old, floors were dirty, you cannot walk barefoot(soles turned brown) and roaches in the sink. Check-in was at 4pm but even when went in at 4:45pm(after waiting for couple hours on the beach), cleaners were still there. We had to wait sometime before we could check-in. We had called to complain multiple times but no one showed up and addressed any of it. I am still waiting to hear from them. Even though the property is 100% smoke-free, our neighbors were smoking all kinds of stuff, so could not spend good time in balcony and had to hold off kids from entering balcony. As much as we wanted to enjoy the oceanfront we couldn't due to constant smoking by neighbors. We also complained about this, which of no use. Overall, never going back to this property.

It was accommodating. The carpet needs changing and the couch and chairs need replacing. We had to use sheets to sit on the furniture. No daily housekeeping and was disappointed there's no lobby... no personal touch. It is run by Baywatch by phone. No towels for the pool. Master bathroom one sink was leaking. The bathroom sinks drain need cleaning for water to drain faster. One bed was broken when we got there but it was fixed right away by Earl. Thank you and hope this is helpful.

Wonderful Time

My family and I were in town for the weekend and this place couldn't have been better! Location on the beach was great. Close walk to the beach. The free attraction tickets came in handy with 3 kids. Room was great on space for all 10 of us. Highly recommend and will be the first property we look at when we're back in town.

Great get away

Overall very good experience. Size of condo easily accommodated 8 people. Kitchen was adequate as we cooked a few meals in. Easy access to beach and other amenities on the property. Outdoor balcony was a great size. Variety of restaurants and tourist attractions nearby. Booking was simple and all questions were answered in a timely manner. Umbrella and chair rental located on the beach was convenient and reasonably priced. Would stay here again.
