It was a very wet feel and smell. It was musky. When we came back from Dollywood, our sheets and clothes were damp. Wouldn’t stay again.

Overall we all enjoyed our stay. There were a few small problems we encountered, but Jason was very responsive to insure we were taken care of.

The hot tub did not work and they were unable to fix it during our stay. We did receive some compensation. I did not consider it luxurious as advertised. The cabin had a damp and musty odor, especially in the lower level. No spoons except for several large serving spoons. Seats in the “movie theater “ were loose and the arcade game didn’t work. I would not want to stay here again.

Well-located “luxury”cabin marked by shortcomings. Cabin has so much potential with spacious layout and downstairs amenities. The entire cabin was smelled and felt musty meldewy with the hot tub disgusting with smelly green mildew water ever after requesting a cleaning. Hot tub has marks all over it. Stingy on essentials such as blankets, towels (1 per person), silverware (ie can opener), and trash bags (only provided 2). Speaking of trash had to ask for outside trash to be emptied after 5 days because trash was overflowing. Downstairs shower pressure was so high that kids wouldn’t use it. You can tell the large main floor windows haven’t been cleaned recently.

Great cabin in a perfect location.

This cabin has a great layout and is perfect for a get away. You get the feel of being right in the middle of the mountains but it’s just minutes away from all the activities.

Justin was great communicating, great location but unfortunately the good ends there. The property was musty, had mildew in the hot tub, our clothes smelled like strong mildew when we got home, the Main TV remote was broke and we had to download our own universal remote, certain lights didn't work, the half bath door handle would lock you in the bathroom. The towel rack was broke off the main level bathroom and the wall was mudded there ,They stated they don't provide propane yet put gas grill as an amenity, The only property I've ever stayed at that didn't provide propane and I've stayed at like 20. I could go on and on. Would not recommend.

Our Smoky Mountain Christmas
