We travel to Ocean Lakes every year, and we absolutely loved staying at Derby Shores. The location of the house was perfect being so close to the pool and beach. There was more than enough room for our family and we would definitely stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Derby Shores. It has a rare charm that managed to delight every member of our party. It offers a cozy nautical decor, perfect location to the beach, spacious seating on both decks as well as excellent response time from the owners. Some of us loved slipping out early, walking through the quiet neighborhood streets, and reaching the shore just in time for a breathtaking sunrise. While others enjoyed sleeping in or relaxing on the deck.

It was a very comfortable and well equipped unit. Communication with the owner was always answered quickly. An excellent location with close proximity to the beach and waterpark. The beds were comfortable. Unit well stocked with towels. Would definitely come back if we were looking to be on the Surfside Beach area again.

This house was perfect for our family of 12 vacation! Everything was clean and well organized. Plenty of kitchen accessories for meals and daily needs. Also plenty of extras, such as beach stuff, grill, soaps and too much to list! The location was perfect for us to have access to the beach and everything ocean lakes has to offer. Great communication with the host! This is the 1st property ive stayed at through vrbo that I didnt have to contact host for issues with the house. It was perfect!!!!

Wonderful place to stay!

This property really checked all the boxes for our group! The beds were comfortable, each queen room had a ceiling fan and TV and the quad bunk room was perfect for our kids! The property was very clean and it was stocked with the essentials, including sheets! The location was great too, right by the park and beach. Overall a wonderful stay! 10/10 would stay here again!

It was a beautiful home with amazing location to the beach! Had loads of room for my family and i for our family trip! Kitchen was well stocked and had everything by we needed. The host were very good at responding to questions and helping us out with anything! The grounds themselves were perfect for all ages, from games and amenities to watching all the golf cart parades, it was perfect.

We had an excellent stay at this property. We had a group of 11 and there was plenty of room. Ocean Lakes has a great community vibe. The location of this property is on a quiet street but very close to the beach. Lots of amenities available within the resort. The place is well stocked with necessities. We would definitely stay here again.
