This is a spacious property offering nearly 2000sq of leaving area and 4 bedrooms 2 with king beds and 2 living areas and fully stocked kitchen as well as 2 restroom . The home is conveniently divided into a east section and a west section with living areas and a kitchen in between. The east section has two bedrooms with and share a full bath aside with laundry room and lounge area . The west part of the home has the king bed on one side and queen on the other, the full bath divides theses rooms this allows for great privacy if two parties are traveling together. With a fully stocked kitchen you are able to stay in and cooked a great meal from scratch. Great yard with a small firepit and a grill if you are watching the the game and would like to sit outside on a beautiful Texas evening and just relax. This home is in a goldilocks area where you can get to downtown for a night out in approx. 10 mins or head to Arlington for any number large venues Arlington has to offer such as six flags , cowboys stadium , or new rangers stadium just to name a few . Dallas is not too far off from Arlington if you are looking see Dallas on stay here in fort worth and experience the highlights of what north Texas and the DFW has to offer all in one trip. My home here is a great value if you are looking to see a lot and would like to maybe not spend a whole lot and have a large party or parties that would love to come see what north Texas is all about

Home was large enough to fit our party of eight comfortably, which was a big plus. However, the dĂ©cor is quite dated—very 80’s style with lots of floral patterns—so the space could benefit from some modern upgrades.

Needs Improvement

This house could be pretty nice, but it's not nice at this time. Living room is fairly attractive, and the beds are comfy. Otherwise, dirty, musty, peeling paint inside and out. Dangerous items in the front and backyard like large pieces of plumbing and sharp pieces of wood and rocks. Our grandson had an asthma attack from the musty air. It looks like some pipes burst, because the ceiling has a lot of water stains. This landlord could do some serious work and the house will be pretty nice. Seems like it has mold. We won't be back. Hopefully the owner will decide to fix it up a little.

Loved it!

We had 10 adults, 1 infant, 1 toddler. The house was spacious and fully stocked. Very comfortable atmosphere and neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly and quiet. Loved the decor, very homey. Jorge was very responsive and kind. We had 4 vehicles to park, plenty of space. There is nothing i would suggest for improvement. We loved our stay.

Horrible - Nightmare

This property was a nightmare! I would not recommend this property to anyone. The house was nothing like the pictures or description. Sink drains clogged, toilet clogged, no hot water. Especially with COVID you can clean and disinfect when the hot water is shut off. Jorge would reply back to messages quickly; however, issues were not resolved. If I knew how to leave pictures of what the actual property looks like I would

we had a great time with plenty of room for 6 ladies

the property could use some upgrading there was only room for 1 car to park and it would have been nice to sit outside in the back but that was not set up at all for outside

Visiting the Family

We stayed for two weeks following Texas' snow storm where the power and water were in and out of service while they recovered from the storm. Jorge was very accommodating and promptly dealt with the issues we encountered from the storm, giving us options to choose from. The check in process was easy with instructions given through Vrbo. There was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy spending time together and still have enough room to have some down time. Everything we needed was there for cooking and accommodating our family from down there, enough so that we cooked for them. We will be using him in the future.
