The space
Livingroom: Enjoy a cozy fire while watching the snow flutter past the picture window overlooking the pines in the fully fenced back yard.
Kitchen: This space will surely please anyone who enjoys cooking. 5 Burner high BTU gas stove, convection double ovens, dishwasher and plenty of counter space to prepare a feast.
Dining room: equipped with seating 8 at the table plus 4 at the island. Diningroom is positioned on one side of a double sided fireplace.
Bedrooms: The bedrooms are spread out well enough for privacy and comfort. All beds are furniashed with comfortable bedding. 5 of the 6 bedrooms have a TV.
Movieroom: The 6th bedroom is located in the basement. This space is a large room that has a projector screen, HD projector and elevated movie theater seating. Movie nights in this house are awesome. Movie theater popcorn is simple and fast with the provided popcorn machine.
Bathrooms: The ensuite bathroom has many wonderful features including a walk in double headed shower, garden tub and his/her vanity space. This home has two other full bathrooms.
Outdoor space: When in Ruidoso outside is the best place to hangout. The deck space is equipped with an outdoor kitchen including a propane BBQ grill and a small outdoor dining space. Plenty of seating for your crew included in the outdoor livingspace. The second level of the deck has a sunk in hottub. Always cleaned at at 102 to melt your worries away. Step off the deck and join the family for smores and stories around the the large firepit. The kids will have a blast on the outdoor swing set, trampoline and plenty of space to roam. A batting cage is available with an additional release of liability and additional deposit. Basketball hoop is also located in the front driveway.
