WELCOME TO THE LEDGES!

You have discovered one of the finest condominiums available at the Lake of the Ozarks. This complex has 2 Pools; One overlooking the water's edge on the point and the 2nd pool nestled in between the buildings by the entrance. We also have a huge sandy beach area with a play area for the kids.
This is a Rare 4 Bedroom (All Enclosed), 3 Bath unit! 2 of our bedrooms are Ensuites! Rest-assured that your family and friends will be staying in a very clean, well-appointed condo featuring many amenities. The Decor' and Furnishings are all very nice and Comfortable!
Master is a King size bed with attached Ensuite with Roku/TV and overlooks the lake side. Bedroom #2 is has a King size bed with Roku/TV. Bedroom #3 is a Queen size bed with Roku/TV. Bedroom #4 is upstairs (enclosed) with a Queen size bed with attached Ensuite and Roku/TV. The bedrooms are setup to sleep 8. We also have 2 Sofa Sleepers in living room area.

There is a common shared bathroom (full) down the hall by Bedroom #2 & #3.

The Kitchen is fully-equipped and ready for you to enjoy!

Our Guests especially appreciate the Large Deck with seating for 6 right on the water's edge. You can see for miles up and down the lake's main-channel! At night, you have the view of the stars and at day, the boats cruise along right in front of you!

Bring along your laptop and log onto high-speed wireless Internet.

Check-In 4PM, Check-Out 11AM unless otherwise arranged.

Our 12 x 30 or 14 x 40 boat slip is close by and available upon request (Additional cost). Surdyke Marina is just right down the road and offers nice ramping facilities and short term trailer parking. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 20.5 Mile Marker which is just around the corner from the Grand Glaize Bridge!
All the shopping at the Lake is close by! The Lake of the Ozarks hosts the Factory Outlet Village. We are also just a short drive to "Blairs Landing", one of the most popular boutiques and Ozark Music Hall.

The condo was clean and open with a beautiful view of the lake. Although we did not spend much time in the condo, when we were there it was very comfortable for 4 adults staying there. The beds were comfortable, and the condo clean! It was very easy to communicate with the owners and we had no issues with parking. Would absolutely recommend to anyone staying at Lake of the Ozarks!

Perfect stay

The condo was exactly as listed! Was very clean and had everything we needed! The beds were some of the most comfortable beds we ever slept in! Communication with the owners was fast and easy for anything we had questions about. Location was perfect for our needs. Would highly recommend

Summer trip with friends and family

We really love the layout and have stayed multiple years. Had a small problem with fridge but may have been our fault for turning fridge up to high. We were charged for a stain on the comforter that was already there. If you see anything make sure you tell them so you don’t get charged later.

We did find lots of spiders in upstairs bedroom/bathroom and found a lizard in the living room😳

Great place for a family vacation. Rooms were very spacious with plenty of room for our party of 10. Check in was very easy. This is on the top level so great views off your deck.

We had a great time on our family vacation in the Ozarks. The condo 941 was awesome with the beautiful views of the lake. The Ledges facility was great and recommend this location. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back again. The Hamilton’s from Omaha!

Nice condo

It was very spacious and had an amazing view from the balcony. Washer and dryer in unit was a plus. Lots of living space and many bathroom. There was a small issue with the boiler leaking but they took care of it right away.

The property is very nice. However, the hot water in the upstairs bathroom did not work. The ceiling fans and air vents need a good cleaning. Otherwise, it was absolutely wonderful.

To start with: We had a great time. Here are some of the good and bad points we would like to share with others.1. The condo is on the 4th floor and there was nothing in the advertisement saying LOTS of steps. We had 2 disabled people in our group that couldn't come and go as we wanted due to the step issue. We hired two young men in the parking lot to take our stuff up to our place. Thankfully, they were very helpful.2. The beds are amazingly comfortable. 3. There were spiders in several places. Not an infestation but more than I wanted to see.4. The entrance key is interesting at best. Not as easy as it should have been.5. The living room furniture is not set up for good conversation. We solved the problem by moving it to make it more user friendly.6. Loved all the deer that were on the route to and from town. There were so many and beautiful. 7. The view of the lake was awesome. The deck is in full sun and just so happened to be to miserable to enjoy due to the heat.

If you have a disability do not rent this condo

Not a good experience host did not know disability laws . They did give our money back but was a long process explaining laws to them. I have rented multiple houses and condos across the country and never have experience this before. It made the trip no enjoyable. The stress of the stay. Thanks

What not to do

Got into the property early evening. First step in the door was met with the smell of a dead mouse. Property appeared it hadn't been dusted in a long time. Initial inspection of the property we found hair everywhere. In the shower, on the furniture and in the beds. It was obvious the property had not been cleaned after prior rental. One of the coffee cups even had coffee stains from not being washed. The blinds for the master bedroom were missing some of the blades so no privacy and no protection from the sun as the sliding door is west facing. There is a huge stain in the hallway ceiling from water damage. Behind the bar stools in the kitchen there is a hole or soft spot in the floor that could lead to a fall hazard. To make the week even better we had to put up with a full on construction zone in two of the units in our building. Beautifully set up and furnished condo that is in the perfect location. All ruined by poor maintenance and lack of cleaning. Will definitely stay at the Ledges again but will never rent this unit again. We are considering owning a vacation condo and renting it out on occasion. This trip definitely showed us what not to do.

Nice place, but the toilet would not always flush and the blind in the bedroom going out to the deck was missing a piece, so if others were on the deck they could see in bedroom, so you had to be careful with getting dressed.
