You have discovered one of the finest condominiums available at the Lake of the Ozarks. This complex has 2 Pools; One overlooking the water's edge on the point and the 2nd pool nestled in between the buildings by the entrance. We also have a huge sandy beach area with a play area for the kids.

This is a Rare 4 Bedroom (All Enclosed), 3 Bath unit! 2 of our bedrooms are Ensuites! Rest-assured that your family and friends will be staying in a very clean, well-appointed condo featuring many amenities. The Decor' and Furnishings are all very nice and Comfortable! This is a top floor unit.

Master is a King size bed with attached Ensuite with Roku/TV and overlooks the lake side. Bedroom #2 is has a King size bed with Roku/TV. Bedroom #3 is a Queen size bed with Roku/TV. Bedroom #4 is upstairs (enclosed) with a Queen size bed with attached Ensuite and Roku/TV. The bedrooms are setup to sleep 8. We also have 2 Sofa Sleepers in living room area.

There is a common shared bathroom (full) down the hall by Bedroom #2 & #3.

The Kitchen is fully-equipped and ready for you to enjoy!

Our Guests especially appreciate the Large Deck with seating for 6 right on the water's edge. You can see for miles up and down the lake's main-channel! At night, you have the view of the stars and at day, the boats cruise along right in front of you!

Bring along your laptop and log onto high-speed wireless Internet.

Check-In 4PM, Check-Out 11AM unless otherwise arranged.

Our 10 x 30, 12 x 30 or 14 x 40 boat slip is close by and available upon request (Additional cost). Surdyke Marina is just right down the road and offers nice ramping facilities and short term trailer parking. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 20.5 Mile Marker which is just around the corner from the Grand Glaize Bridge!
All the shopping at the Lake is close by! The Lake of the Ozarks hosts the Factory Outlet Village. We are also just a short drive to "Blairs Landing", one of the most popular boutiques and Ozark Music Hall.

*Pools open Memorial weekend and close after Labor Day weekend
*Cancellation policy stands regardless of illness or weather. Travel insurance is recommended.
