Gathering places include the great room-style living room, featuring a wood-burning fireplace and a direct connection to the extensive full kitchen. You'll love cooking up tasty meals in this kitchen, which includes a kitchen island, double oven, a separate range with a hood, and a breakfast bar. Most rooms in this home have individual climate control, so everyone can relax at the temperature most effective for them. The family dog is also welcome to vacation with you at this home.

The bedrooms in this home are laid out for privacy, and they each have their own touches of luxury for guests to enjoy. From the front door, take a right down the stairs (past the ground-level window) and you'll enter the first bedroom suite. This room features a king bed, hardwood floors, an ocean view, and a private enclosed patio. If you choose to take the left downstairs staircase, you'll find the second bedroom just past the private washer/dryer. This room features a king bed, an ocean view, ceramic flooring, and access to the back patio. Down the hall, the third bedroom features a king bed, hardwood floors, and an ocean view. The fourth and final bedroom is one floor up, just past the great room. In this room, guests can enjoy a king bed, hardwood floors, an ocean view, and the entrance to the upstairs great room (and its wet bar). Each bedroom features a television and individual room heating.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
