Host interaction was good! Easy check in. We needed this place purely to sleep so we didn’t spend much time here. But it got the job done! The hallways had a bit of a smell to it, but our room was fine. Plenty of parking as well

The Hotel is nice, the room wasn't the greatest. The room smelled a little musty, probably from the humidity. The window was open when we walked in (probably to air out the smell) and we kept it open the whole weekend. We had to spray air sanitizer through the room. Our clothes smelled like the room when we opened the trunk. We played music in the afternoon while getting ready and got a call saying it was too loud. It wasn't blasting, but was told it was "shaking the walls" so we just turned it off completely. Got a second call literally 20 seconds after hanging up to say something about the music (again) when we already turned it off. I like that it's pet friendly and close to disney land, but probably won't stay again.

The room was outdated and the curtains were super dirty. The room felt musty the whole time we were there. Like damp and humid. The bathroom was clean and the area was good for what we were doing. But i wouldnt specifically stay at this location again. The front desk was really kind and helpful.

Great Stay

Wonderful front desk service, they even had a gym and free laundry room
 Although if you want to use the stove, you need to bring your own pans. Which maybe they have them at the front desk I did not ask. They also had a nice brand new grill
 Would recommend this place!

Walls were thin, bed was uncomfortable, we didn’t know they served breakfast until check out, daily charge for parking (park yourself) in an open lot, the chemical smell in the hallway was terribly overwhelming all 3 days, plus our room smelled like it used to be a smoking room and there were cigarette burn marks on the crooked toilet

Weekend getaway

Check in was a breeze! Clean room, met needs. Spacious for couples with small dogs. Good location! Close to lots of attractions. $7/day to park $200 deposit on card.

Terrible customer service and communication through the host. Was unresponsive to phone calls and messages throughout the duration of stay and prior to. Hotel overall was fine, front desk people were really nice. Room was clean. Close to the highway for convenience.

Served its purpose

Its a Sonesta Suites so an extended stay hotel. It was close to Disney at a much better price than the motels directly across from the park. Essentially it was a hotel room more so than a suite. It had only one recliner and one office chair so my spouse and I couldn't even have a meal together at the table/desk. If you needed more coffee or towels you had to go down to the front desk to request because there was no daily housekeeping. There was a strong smell of bug spray in the halls and elevators. And you required to leave a credit card on file for a $300 deposit separately at the front desk aside from the original booking fees. Did it work for what we needed? Yes but I wouldn't bother to stay here again. Not to mention that they billed the second half of my stay the day prior to when it was required and I had all kinds of trouble changing the card I used from the original booking. Customer service was nearly nonexistant. I left multiple requests fror calls back and finally was able to resolve my issue after refusing to hang up and requiring to speak to a supervisor. Do yourself a favor pick somewhere else.

Smelly

The previous comments are right. It has a weird smell.. lobby and halls had an overpowering air freshener/febreeze smell. More airfresheners blowing down the halls through a fan.. when you walked into the room, I can’t even describe what smell it was.. bathroom smelled like straight bleach. We had to air it out. At least it was clean for the most part! But if you’re sensitive to smell, I would not recommend. Location was great for Disneyland. 10 mins away and easy to get to. Good for a short stay to shower and sleep.

The hall ways were very smelly, the elevator floor was very dirty and had a smell. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was clean but the smells were overwhelming. Good thing we didn’t spend much time in the room. Also were told water would be turned off daily from 9 am to 4 pm, I would have liked to know that before booking. The best thing about our stay was the lady at check in desk in the night shift. She was very helpful and so friendly . But we would not stay again. I have used Vrbo many times this would be my first time being disappointed.
