With beautiful picturesque and panoramic views for miles, Prestige House is the place to stay! Come to hike, fish, bike, raft, ride, ski, hunt or just be one with nature! This beautifully renovated home is large and has an open floor plan, oversized family room, offers 4 bedrooms, 1 full bath and 2 half baths. The third floor is perfect for the kids to spread out and enjoy! Additional spaces throughout the home. You will love the fully equipped new kitchen. Flat screen Smart TVs', Wi-Fi, washer and dryer with linens and towels provided. Hidden Valley Resort is a 15 minute drive, Seven Springs Mountain Resort is less than 20 minutes away, and we are 1.5 miles from the Donegal (Exit 91) turnpike exit. The Prestige House sits on a half acre with a large driveway. So much room and privacy! It's close to local eateries, shopping, ski resorts, beaches.

Close to 7 Springs

Nice roomy house close to 7 Seven Springs. Stores near by as well as other attaction, like Ohio Pyle. I will get a group together and rent this again, when I return to the area.

Spacious but needs a deep clean

Listing is accurate and the check-in & check-out process was easy. Cleanliness was lacking. There was food and dirt on the floor, eating areas hadn’t been wiped down, we didn’t have hand towels or enough wash cloths for the people in our party, and there were dirty towels in the washer when we arrived. The host did send the cleaner out the next day, at our request, which was appreciated. The home is very spacious and has great potential but could use some extra attention.

Nice house. Could use an mother full bath, has 2 half baths next to each other(would think to make that into a full bath??) inside was nice. Outside looked very sad. Weeds were so high, it looked abandoned, was embarrassing to say we were staying there. Would advise hiring a gardener.

It could be great!

The house is large and roomy- except for the galley like kitchen. The actual kitchen space was large enough but crowded for food prep and cleaning up for our group of 10. The cookware was insufficient for a large group. The dishwasher did not work No closet or hooks for coats, The description claims 3 bathrooms. There is one bath with shower/tub combo and two half baths . The halves did not seem to be heated. The proximity to 7 springs and hidden valley is great- 8 minutes to hidden valley

The property is very spacious with plenty of bedrooms for our group. The cleanliness of the property could be improved. The upper area of the property had a lot of dead flies on the window sills and on the carpeting. The light in the full bathroom is full of dead insects. The kithen cooking ware is very limited as well as the screen on both the front door and back door was damaged and needs replaced.

Overall a Good Stay

This rental overall was a great place for my large family to stay. Although we did encounter a couple of issues. 1. Oven did not work 2. Very dirty floor under the oven 3. Knob for hot water in shower broke (still able to use) 4. Bathtub stopper did not hold to take a bath 5. Under couch cushions dirty 6. Dishwasher not able to be used due to a leak, we did not use but when using garbage disposal it made the dishwasher leak 7. Coffee pot clogged, we cleaned then were able to use it but still very slow 8. Screen on back door was lose Again overall the stay was nice and I would recommend the rental to others. Just maybe these items could be looked at on a regular basis. Rachel, Ohio

Nice house, plenty of room for the family.

Our family made plans to meet at this destination as it is centrally located between Ohio and Maryland, where our members dwell. We had 7 adults and 5 children ranging in ages 1-10 years of age, plus a 6 month old infant. There was plenty of room for the children to play and plenty of seating places for the adults. The kitchen was very modern and clean, though a little small. The house was very clean and comfortable. We would enjoy staying here again!

Family Fun Weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Prestige House! It’s a very spacious house nicely located to both Seven Springs and Hidden Valley. Very cozy and well maintained. The owner was very accommodating, and easy to get ahold of. We had 9 people in our group with plenty of room. However, if you have a larger group that likes to drink coffee, you may want to take your own coffee pot. They have a single serve Keiurg machine, but not the best for a crowd. Other than that, it was a great winter weekend in a beautiful home! We’ll definitely be back!

Great weekend stay!

We had a great weekend at the Silver Penny, and overall loved our stay. We had a big group of girls and there was plenty of communal space to hang all together. However, with one full bathroom, it was a bit difficult for 10 of us to only have one shower and sink to share. The kitchen was fairly small and under stocked with basic tools for at home meals (no sharp knives, serving bowls, sponge for dishes, cutting board, lack of counter space, small amount of utensils and plate wear etc). Beds and linens were comfortable, as well as the loft! We will keep this property in mind for future use for sure!
