Casa Invierno is the first location of the Corazon Living Project, it is comprised of four charming Casas - Casa Rosada, Casa Azul, Casa Arena and Casa Jade - each unit is exquisitely decorated with its own unique charm. Reviving the old "Casona de Pueblo", all four Casas showcase high ceilings (13' / 4 m) for a fresh stay, Casa Invierno evokes the nostalgia of the past and blends it with modern amenities which translates in comfort, style and convenience. Located just a short walk from the beach and downtown Bucerias, our casas are the ideal place to relax and unwind.
In addition to our comfortable accommodations, Casa Invierno also offers a variety of amenities to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Our rooftop pool and lounge offer a grilling area with stunning ocean views, and our pool is the perfect place to cool off on a hot day. We also have a cozy hammock patio and shared gardens where you can relax and enjoy the Mexican sunshine, laundry is available on the premises.
Corazon Living is a dream of Selene Soucyâs, an architect's daughter who learned to draw and read blueprints at a young age. She and her life time partner Greg have been working non-stop since 2019 to bring their vision to life. They have created a place that aims at restoring the exquisite craftsmanship of Mexican Artesanos: "Contemporary Vintage", Casa Invierno is a place with a soul reminiscent of a time long gone.

The neighbor is great close walk to the big grocery store,(3 blocks) 1 block for to local mini market, for bread milk beer. Quite safe location, 6 block walk to beach and less to restaurants!

Property is totally enclosed and safe. Two pools, one on rooftop for sunrise and set, and one on ground floor. Lots of tropical plants and flowers on premises. Tall ceilings with lots of sun and private terraces for each apartment.
