PRIME LOCATION ON KY LAKE - My house is like a duplex. I have 3 bedrooms upstairs and 3 bedrooms downstairs. You have your own entrance in the front of the house and I have my own Entrance in the back of the house as well as parking. I am in Prime location on KY Lake- I am 1 mile from Moors Resort and Marina and straight across the lake from the party coves... Rock Quarry, Sandy Beach or aka The Sands and Smith Bay. I have a boat slip that comes with the rental. I also have a pontoon that I rent out. Please let me know in advance. My boat slip is right around the corner from the Moors Marina less than 1/2 mile. My cove is off Big Bear which is great for water skiing and tubing. I do have a set of water skis and a wake board that my guest are welcome to use. It is in the closet in the smallest bedroom. My kitchen is fully stocked and ready for cooking. I have a Air Fryer, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster oven and toaster as well, microwave. gas stove, crock pot, rice cooker, catering 3 dish server and a blender and refrigerator has ice maker. I do have a golf cart that you are allowed to drive. Please no kids under the age of 16 without special permission to drive the golf cart. This is a big golf cart community where everyone rides golf carts and side by side's around the community so it is best for kids to be accompanied by an adult on the golf cart. I am 1 mile from Ralph Harbors Grill and Bar located at Moors Resort and about 2 miles from Cedar Hill Grocery where you can order Pizza, Burgers and other hot food or deli food and lots of other grocery items. Moors Marina has fuel, Pizza and lots of varieties of ice cream, clothing and other lake necessities including boat rentals, jet ski rentals and fishing boat rentals. They also rent out tubes for tubing. If you have any further questions please message me and I will get back to you ASAP!!

Short vacation

The home, is very nice, quit large with plenty of room. Sabrina the owner was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely consider a return visit.

Stay in Gilbertsville Ky, Kentucky Lake.

The property and owner communication were perfect!!! Thoughtful amenities in the kitchen, and the back porch was wonderful. We did not get to do much as the weather was relentlessly wet. So so so much rain. But we were glad that we had nice clean comfortable lodging so we could relax and enjoy being lazy. Thank you.

Great Vacation Property

Sabrina was absolutely awesome! She was extremely helpful whe I first inquired about booking thru are arrival. The home is in a great location on KY Lake and is very comfortable, relaxing and inviting. The golf cart and boat slip was perfect for us as we fished everyday. Perfect spot for a KY Lake vacation. If you plan on a trip to KY Lake, contact Sabrina as this home is awesome! We will be back. Thanks for everything.Jason

Anniversary

We had family come in from different states to celebrate our 40 anniversary and we all enjoyed the house it was great, the kitchen living room bedrooms were all good and clean and comfortable the back porch was great to sit on I would recommend thuu if s place to anyone, would love to come back .

Memorial Weekend Family Vacation

Sabrina was super sweet and was available if we needed anything. The 3 bedroom, 2 bath home was in a great location, not to far from stores or Moors marina. It felt warm and inviting with a nice layout and plenty of seating for our family and guests. The master bedroom was huge with its own washroom and access to the back deck. The beds were soft and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need. The large, covered deck had plenty of seating with a gas grill. The covered boat slip was a short walk away and worked perfect for our boat. The 4 seat golf cart worked great to drive down to the boat slip or Moors marina. We would highly recommend contacting Sabrina for your next KY Lake get away.

I could write a book about how AWFUL this was, but I’ll be leaving that up to my attorney who I’m working with to recoup a refund, FULL REFUND!Bullet Point Lowlights:1. Vehicle in driveway, we had no place to park.2. Owner or whoever was in the basement, had their TV blaring. 3. Overpowering smell of mothballs. Where there is smell there are toxic chemicals.4. Admission by Owner of use and smell of mothballs.5. Overwhelming smell of what seemed like cigarette smoke (ash trays present), which turned out to be a “smell bomb”.6. Admission by owner the use of “smell bomb” before we arrived.7. Admission by owner of using the “smell bomb” to try to cover the odor of moth balls.8. The owners living area had direct access to where we would have stayed, thus creating a very unsafe feeling of the environment.9. Owners unwillingness to grant me a full refund, after stating in writing she would give us a refund.10. The property owner SHOULD NOT be allowed to be on VRBO. Admission of use of moth balls; Admission of smell of moth balls; Admission of use of smell bomb to mask the odor of moth balls; Admission of blaring TV; Rudeness to renter saying we “should have asked them to turn TV down; Admission of offering full refund, but then not. The list is endless as to why the property owner should NOT be allowed on VRBO.My wife, daughter and I were in the rental less than 10 minutes total when we decided, “We are not staying here”. The property is unfit, feels unsafe!

After a week long of harassing messages I decided not to refund the rental fee. Sorry but this guy is clinically crazy! Sorry I have been on Airbnb for 5 years and have a 4.8 rating. I was gone to fill the boat up with gas for them. I was in the neighborhood. There was plenty of room to park. I have enough parking for 3 boats in my driveway. Parking is available on both sides of the house as well as along the front of the house. There was a slight smell of moth balls I put in the attic and due to the extreme hot weather the smell had surged. I put them in my attic a year ago to deter bats from getting in my attic vent. I really feel he would not be pleased anywhere he stayed other than a palace. So sorry but I gave up renting to someone else that would appreciate the nice place I have hear at the lake and you had no consideration for the money I would have lost due to you being so outrageously out of control screaming at me at the top of your lungs and not even explaining what the issue was when you called me when I was driving the boat . How unprofessional and crazy you were.

Hostess With the Mostess.

You can't ask for a better host. Sabrina is a 6 star host on 5 star rating. Ive been to several Vrbos and Ive never felt so welcomed. If there was anything we needed she got it for us and even offered stuff we didnt need. She gave us her big bass speaker system that we may have played to loud and to long into the night but she was perfectly okay with that. Her main goal was to make sure that we knew it was okay to be ourselves and have fun. The house itself was perfect. Highly recommend snagging the master bedroom if your going with friends. Bed is comfortable and you can walk out onto the deck in the morning. Key things theres no huge checklist for checking out when your ready to leave, you just leave. We obviously picked up and didnt leave a mess. So that if we book again we'll want to be welcomed back. The neighborhood was quiet, yet you can tell when summer comes there will be alot going on. Its right near the lakes and golf courses its a good spot. Not directly in the town but also close enough to everything you dont need to drive for miles. I think ive given every vrbo a 5 star except for one. After this i could really probably lower every other listing because I dont think ive been to a place and felt so welcomed. Truly a 5 star.
