Our stay was wonderful. The unit was clean, updated and as described in the listing. Easy walk down Main Street to shopping and dining. Great trails around Ourey for hiking. Hope to visit again sometime.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean and comfortable. Centrally located and easy to get anywhere in town. The only real complaint I have is that even though the tub/shower is huge, the rest of the bathroom is quite small, but that is incredibly minor.

Everything was as expected we had a maintenance question which was resolved immediately, and we were very pleased to have covered parking for our vehicle. That was a nice perk. You should use that in your listing because it is very valuable in the winter time particularly

Ouray summer trip

This was the first time to visit this area to stay. We had passed through on a fall CO trip and really loved the area and the town. This little house was perfect for just the two of us. The hosts were very willing to answer any questions and we had everything we needed. They have a covered carport that was large enough for our Jeep and someone else staying in the other apartment also had a Jeep. There was plenty of room for both. The rental was quiet. It is, however down a metal set of stairs to the outside landing. We did not mind them, but someone with mobility issues might.

This suite was absolutely wonderful! Very clean and beautiful, great location. We had some trouble with the AC making it hot during this time of year but otherwise, an absolutely wonderful place!

We had a great stay here. It was a great location and worked perfectly for my husband and college-aged son. It was immaculate, and it was nice to have a kitchen where I could cook a few meals. The A/C worked well, and the windows provided a cool breeze on a cooler night. The owners/management were quick to respond to my questions and concerns. There is only parking for one vehicle, so my son parked on Main Street and we didn't have any issues with that. Just know that the carport is behind the unit, uphill. You must walk down the stairs to get to the main door. We didn't have any issues with this, but I know that others may. We suggested to the management that lights might be helpful in this area.

Good stay in Ouray

Enjoyed our time at this cute home. Nicely decorated, comfy bed, all the necessities provided. Just off Main Street so it was easy to get to restaurants and shops, as well as the Perimeter Trail. Didn’t hear a lot of road noise from the streets so that was a bonus.
