Beautiful and cozy duplex at the heart of the European Quarter, at the top floor of a typical Brussels building, fully renovated and decorated with care and originality.
2 bedroom, with fully equipped kitchen (coffee corner/dishwasher), a bathroom (shower/bath) and a spacious livingroom with a breathtaking view of the city. One window can turn into a small balcony.
5min walk from the European Commission, 2-5min walk from public transport facilities (metro Schuman/bus) and airport shuttle.

Wonderful stay in Brussels

This is an amazing apartment on the top floor of a four-flat. Everything was comfortable and clean, and the neighborhood is filled with excellent restaurants. It's a short walk to the subway, and provided me with a convenient launchpad from which I could enjoy all that Brussels had to offer. Yann is a gracious host, and was kind enough to communicate in English with me. I highly recommend this spot for your next visit to Brussels!

Great location, lot of stairs.

Location has east access to public transport. Apartment is good. But beware the stairs. Apartment is on high floor and no elevator. It you have a lot of luggage this is not easy!

Splendid appartment

Yann's apartment is located in a friendly, charming, and quiet area. It's possible to take public transportation very quickly from there or to walk around 20 minutes to reach the city's historical center. The apartment itself is splendid: modern, nicely decorated with all the needed comfort and a wonderful view of the roof of Bruxelles. The only thing that we missed was an elevator to spare our tired legs from the 97 steps of the stair ;)

Great Accommodation in a Fantastic Location

An unbeatable location if you need to work in the European Quarter and want to be close the city center and top spots for sightseeing, all within walking distance. The duplex has everything you need for a really comfortable stay, and, as advertised, it does have lovely large windows and fantastic views from the living room on the top floor. The only downside was that it doesn't have air conditioning, and the top floor gets quite hot. A fan was provided in the bedroom, so there's no problem sleeping. It doesn't tend to get that hot in Brussels (depends a bit on what you're used to) but something to keep in mind if you're there in the middle of summer. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Small Manhattan

Wir wurden erstmal sehr nett von unserem Gastgeber empfangen und hatten eine schöne Zeit in BrĂŒssel, Gent und Antwerpen. Alles ist gut zu Fuß oder per Bahn zu erreichen, und nach einem ereignisreichen Tag konnte man sich in der schönen Wohnung mit einmaligen Blick ĂŒber die Skyline von BrĂŒssel ausruhen. Vielen Dank fĂŒr fĂŒr alles.

Lovely rooftop apartment in the Brussels EU area.

Lovely rooftop apartment in a quiet and smart residential area of Brussels. Yann was on hand to welcome us personally which was much appreciated. Apartment was clean and warm and had everything we needed. Small but very adequate food shop a short walk away, as are a good variety of places to eat. 12 bus to and from the airport works well for this property. Metro to town from Schuman Station, but brisk 20 minute walk is a good alternative. You need to be ready for lots of stairs (97) but the views are well worth the climb.
