À propos de cet hébergement

Maison d'hôtes lumineuse et moderne @ Ferngully

Full garden views, bright and modern secluded guest house 5 minutes off the highway and 10 minutes from the ferry in western Bremerton. The guest house at Ferngully is a standalone unit detached from our main house tucked off the main street, nestled amongst the cedars and firs along Mud Bay connecting to Puget Sound. The guest house has a full 270 degree view on the gardens and trees, queen size murphy bed, fridge, sink, microwave, wood stove and bathroom, complete with 16" outdoor rain shower.

The Ferngully Guest House has amazing views in all directions. Please enjoy it from the guest house or out on the deck outside. Other guests might be staying down at the cabin near the water down the hill, so please reach out to us before wandering through all of the paths!

My wife and I live on site in the main house, and work normal business hours but are available any time as needed via talk, text or email to help with anything needed for your stay.

Very cozy and beautiful property. We had such an amazing time. Everything was clean once we arrived and we enjoyed the amenities like the record player, outdoor shower, and wood stove!! Location was very ideal for us providing easy routes to Olympic park & Seattle. Host was very communicative and helpful! Would definitely recommend and come back again.

We had an excellent stay in this charming cabin. It was beautifully decorated and the view was stunning. Waking up to the sun dancing between the leaves felt like we were in a treehouse. The accommodations were perfect for a short stay. They thought of almost everything (mini fridge, microwave, hot plate, coffee, record player, lots of blankets and a wood stove if needed). Remember to pack your own charging box for your phone, there’s nothing to plug the cord into. There was shampoo/ conditioner and towels available for the incredible outdoor shower…bring shower shoes and body wash. A short drive to downtown Bremerton theaters, restaurants and the ferry.

Place was beautiful and clean, felt cozy. Scenery was gorgeous. There were lots of shops near by such as: Hair salon, barber shop, convenience store, pancake house (French toast was delicious) near by trails. Starbies near by. Just an overall great stay. Would recommend and definitely book again next time we’re out in WA

Adorable home in the midst of trees

If you’re looking for a stylish and comfortable spot for a quick visit, this is your place. The windows on all sides of the property look out on beautiful trees which you can enjoy while listening to the record player, and the outdoor shower can’t be beat. Thanks for a great stay, Spencer!

Getaway for 2

The ferngully guest house was cozy and comfortable. Perfect little getaway from the hustle and bustle of town. It was clean and inviting and hidden in the trees. Overall a great experience and would recommend it to others.

I enjoyed my stay. The guest house was clean and comfortable. I was worried about the outdoor shower, but it warmed up quickly outside and the shower itself stayed warm for a long time. The only thing I would want maybe is softer sheets. Other than that, it is a nice little place.

Great Location and felt like I was in the trees

The overall stay was great and the garden and woods down to the water were awesome. I would love to come back when the garden is in full bloom. I loved the outdoor shower experience and also the wood stove at night. Something for anyone renting this space is that there isn't a space to put your clothes if your staying for a week and that you just need to be creative about it. Great place to stay and would come back.

Beautiful Nature Inspired Studio

The guest house was perfect for my partner and I's stay. The room was cozy and comfortable. It's a bit on the smaller side but that perfect for a couple. Using the the outdoor shower in the day was so serene see the tops of trees and the sunlight hitting the water, at the same time it felt completely private.

The record player was such an amazing touch, the view was out of this world. We needed no special requests and only interacted with the owner twice ... To tell them we made it and then that we were leaving. Everything was perfect for the stay we wanted.

So restful & quiet! The big windows made me feel like I was in a luxury treehouse! The outdoor shower was amazing! I the water got hot quickly & stayed that way. I could hear the birds & see the trees & sky. The studio space feels bigger than it is—the murphy bed was a great choice. You can drink your coffee in bed looking out at the trees & birds, then easily put it up & have plenty of room for yoga. I’m definitely planning on another visit.

Imperfect One Night Stay

My wife and I enjoyed one evening at this location while visiting the surrounding area. Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend it to others, but we encountered a few issues that brought down the overall experience. Thankfully, the owner was extremely easy to work with and was able to resolve the issues quickly, but it still left us put out for a small period of time. I would recommend this location to other couples looking for somewhere cozy to spend a few days in Bremerton.

No Worries!

It is easy to give good reviews when everything goes smoothly, but if something goes wrong what do you have to say? I have to say that our hosts handled a tricky situation quickly and with our comfort in mind. Thank you for a lovely second stay!Jennifer & JP

Space is small and cozy. Perfect for a couple! Not meant for a family. There is no TV so plan to enjoy playing games, reading, listening to music. A puzzle would be enjoyable. We enjoyed walking on the lovely paths. Truly loved the big open windows! Deck could be picked up a bit, but otherwise the property was quite clean! Outdoor shower was a very enjoyable experience-the water was quite hot the 2nd day! (The first day the water was barely lukewarm...perhaps it is a shared waterheater?) We enjoyed this property very much!
