This 3 bedroom 2 story house has it all. It has 1 bathroom on main floor and another on second floor. Main floor has a kitchen, dining room, washer & dryer room and 2 sofa sleepers. Top floor has 2 bedrooms with 2 queens in each along with another room with a single queen. This villa is located on Delton Oaks Resort offering free kayak & paddle board rental along with a heated pool. This property has its own covered patio along with its own private beach. Plenty of access to charcoal grills as well as nightly bonfire. Free firewood included as well.

We loved this VRBO stay! The access to the lake with our own private beach was awesome! The back covered deck area was great to sit and view the awesome scenery. There was none people in our group and we had plenty of room in this spacious rental.

Spacious and Good Location

The Villa was a good location to host events for a larger party. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and hang out. The private beach on the lane was perfect for a lake day too. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. There aren't any plates, cups, or cooking materials in the house, so I’d advise to bring your own. Same with coffee filters too.

Lake house villa

Id most likely stay there again. The house itself is big enough to accommodate 10 people comfortably. The deck, yard, and private beach were nice for relaxing. My only two complaints would be, one parking if you have multiple vehicles while renting this house. The second complaint would be, make sure if youre not having the full amount of people that the rental list, dont include that number when booking. It sleeps 10 without the two pull out couches. I booked it for 14(the max sleeping in listing) just in case, ended up only having 10 people. They charge you for "extra guest" even if it list it sleeps 14. Just something to keep in mind. Other than that a very peaceful area within minutes of downtown dells.

Family getaway

Property and surrounding was exactly what we wanted. Fishing, swimming(lake & heated pool), kayaking, and also a pontoon. When we needed a few more kitchen utensils the front office so helpful and came through for us! We would stay again.

This place was amazing. Everything I was expecting and more. Will definitely be back. The office worker Crystal was amazing my entire stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place it was amazing and so was the owner of the villa. If you want to have fun, have privacy this is the place for you. Just amazing

A Hidden Gem!

This property is right on the lake with amazing water views. The pool is also super fun and easy to access. The staff in the main office were very kind and accommodating. The house is spacious and updated. I would stay here again!

Family vacation

The property was clean, but not well stocked. No dishes, no trash bags, lights in the kitchen were out, patio lights were out as well. The communication wasn’t the best. I tried reaching out to the owner on multiple occasions prior to arriving and while there with no response.

Good Weekend

We had a group of adult couples stay here and had a good time. Everything was clean and the pictures were a good representation of the property. We would stay here again.
