This clean, comfortable, well appointed getaway in the Boulders is sure to delight! This private home is situated on a large corner lot, with a lush, private backyard that is truly an oasis. You will enjoy the heated pool & spa, beautiful gardens, several lounging areas, shaded patios, dining areas and fire pit. Inside, the floor to ceiling windows seamlessly bring the outdoors in to the light and airy great room. Comfortable furnishings, a big screen TV and gas fireplace give the living & dining room the cozy feeling of home. The spacious & bright kitchen comes fully equipped and ready for you to enjoy. There is a Thermador gas stove, or the built in gas grill is right out the door. The home offers 3 large bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms. The main floor master, with king sized bed, large bathroom and closet, opens to a covered patio by the pool. The second main floor bedroom has 2 full sized beds, with the bathroom right out the door. The 3rd bedroom is upstairs, with a queen sized bed, ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. Also upstairs is a loft and large furnished balcony, where you can enjoy the marvelous sunsets. There is a 2 car garage, and a golf cart is available for your convenience. Internet provided. All this - with an amazing location in the beautiful, gated Boulders community. Golf, tennis, hiking, biking, restaurants, spas and shopping - right out your door. Weekly pool and garden service provided. We can set up biweekly cleaning service for you during your stay. You will find the owners to be responsive and happy to meet your needs.

An absolute gem

Barbara's home is spectacular in every way. A five star rating is not enough! It is beautifully appointed, very clean and maintained, very quiet and private, is equipped with everything possible and has a wonderful private pool and backyard. My husband and I stayed for a month and hated to leave. We plan to return next year.
