3 bedroom, 2 bath. Sit on the screened furnished porches in front & back. Front yard has large shade trees.

It is located 1.5 miles from the beach. 3 miles to tennis & pickle ball courts. Great place for golfing and fishing! Golf all around. Fisherman's paradise! Easy drive to North Myrtle Beach and all the touristy things to do.
This home is not far from the seafood capital of the world - Calabash, NC
Booking guest must be 25 years of age or older.

This beach get away is a great place for your relaxing vacation! This property is close to everything yet quiet and secluded.
Bedrooms-Premier mattresses and bedding, One King (Nectar); Queen (Purple) in both blue and green bedrooms.

A Shed with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, boogie boards and toys for children is a plus! Front outside shower with bench.

Kitchen- Fully equipped eat-in kitchen/dining area w/table (for preparing home cooked meals).

Washer/dryer and pantry. Toilet paper and paper towels furnished. WiFi, AC, heat, electric fireplace, TV in the den only (Amazon Prime TV only - no local news stations). DVD player and lots of movies in TV cabinet!

Our stay was perfect! The house was so clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable. Joy was very responsive and kind. The location is excellent, just over the bridge from Sunset Island, close to shopping and dining. Would absolutely stay here again!

Ashley snd her family were an absolute pleasure to host! Communication was clear and timely from the start, and they treated the home with great care and respect. They followed all house rules, left everything tidy, and were just the kind of guest every host hopes for. I would gladly welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to other hosts!

Relaxing…

Great property! Cute beach decor, loved the Nectar mattress! And a variety of amenities available for use… our favorites were the waffle maker, Keurig, and the beach wagon! Quiet neighborhood not too far from the beach, and we enjoyed the golf cart parade on July 4th!

The cutest house!

We were pleased with this property. It was clean, provided all amenities, and was a comfortable distance from the beach. The property owner communicated promptly and we loved the decor. We would definetly rent this house again!

Easter Getaway

Nice house, kept very clean with plenty of room for us to spread out. We enjoyed the screened in porch in the evenings. Plenty to do as it’s about 30 min. From Myrtle Beach. Loved staying here because it was away from all the crowds but close enough to enjoy all the tourist fun. Sunset Beach was beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

Great experience!

Perfect house for 1-5 people. The screened in porches are so nice. The house is everything you need. The shed filled with stuff to use is a nice added bonus. Only about a mile from the beach. Owner is quick to respond and very nice. All around a perfect experience!

The property was great but the host is trying to charge me for a cleaning fee and I made sure that everything was cleaned before I left

Five people were booked, but had nine cars with many people there off and on the four days. The house was not clean! My cleaners charged me double. There were crab legs stuck in the garbage disposal that made the dishwasher backup onto the kitchen floor. All of the floors were very dirty and sticky. I had to have the bedroom carpets steamed cleaned and I had to replace the den carpet. It was so filthy that my husband and I had to drive the 4 hrs to get everything done in time for our next guest. The front and back screened porches were sticky with something and they had small blue dots all over. The trash was in the backyard (not taken to the street) with food on the ground. Nothing was broken, but the house was very dirty!

Could’ve been better

When we arrived there was pringles and skittles in the beds and floors of 2 bedrooms but hey things happen.The stove smelled like a perm when you tried to use it so we had to eat out the entire time we stayed. To top it off, days after being back home I received a message on Vrbo from the owner requesting payment for a broken refrigerator shelf(which was not broken), “extra cleaning fee” for bedding and bathroom (bedding wasn’t used it was folded neatly in the closet and returned to the bed when we left). We took our own sheets, blankets, and pillows. My wife and I even cleaned the home before we left.

The Skittles and Pringles statement is completely untrue! My cleaners are professionals and would never leave those things in bedrooms. The guests before Terrys group were an elderly couple that stayed in the master bedroom only and left the house extremely clean (per my cleaner) I personally ran the self cleaning on the oven two weeks prior to his stay and the cleaners check the oven and clean if needed on every visit. Terry reserved my house for 4 adults and 1 child. He showed up with three carloads of 6 adults, 4 teens and 1 child. My house sleeps 6 people. These 11 people were crammed into the house. The refrigerator door shelf was broken and one of his guests had been sick in the bathroom and my cleaners had to clean that up. He asked for pics and I sent to him. All of the bedding was very dirty.

Great space for a family!

The 3 bedrooms were just perfect for our family. Grandparents in one room (queen bed), Four-year-old grandson in one room (queen bed), and the parents with a 2 week-old newborn in the main bedroom (king bed) which also had an attached bathroom. Perfect for a breastfeeding mom who need space and room. We were there to celebrate the 4-year-old birthday. The kitchen was stocked with dishes that enabled us to bake a cake and make breakfast each day. A dollar general within 1 minute was easy to get to for supplies. Plenty of space to move around. And within 3 minutes of several restaurants and ice cream spots. The beach was only 5 minutes away and Calabash was 12 minutes away. It was perfect for our family. And the extra blessing was the shed had beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach tent, and a beach wagon and cart as well as some beach kid toys! So helpful!! The owner was timely with sending check in information and responding to any message. I recommend this for any family!!

Relaxing stay

We had a great time during our stay. The weather did not cooperate on a couple of days so we enjoyed relaxing time on the screened in deck. Would stay here again.

Just What We Needed...Will Definitely Stay Again!!!

We had the best time in Sunset Beach. The property was VERY CLEAN and orderly. We were surprised how quite the neighborhood was. The pictures don't do the house justice. The house is really cute and modern. There was 5 of us and we had plenty of space to spread out. The screened-in front porch was our favorite hang-out. Everything we thought we needed was provided in the house. I was so upset because we forgot to pack our brand new beach Cabana in the truck...but thank goodness, there was a pop-up beach shelter provided in the shed along with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and a tote wagon to carry it all. The water sprayer in front of the house was convenient to wash off the extra sand from feet, legs, and our coolers. Speaking with Joy was great. Since we arrived early, she gave us good suggestions to do until time to check-in. For quick stops, Dollar General is just a minute around the corner. The main beach was just a few minute drive across the bridge. There was plenty of village stores and restaurants close by. Calabash is just a few minutes away, too. Broadway on the Beach in Myrtle was only a 28-30 min drive away. The guide book in the house was very helpful with lots of things to do and see. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Great home!

Nothing but good things to say about the owner and the home. My personal preference is to be closer to the beach instead of having to drive in our car to and from.

We really loved staying here the house was lovely, the decorations and bedding make you feel welcome. We did have to freshen up the bathrooms a little bit but it wasn't a big deal. The location from the beach was awesome will definitely book here again

Quiet and Cozy

This house was everything we expected! It was equipped with everything we needed, even beach chairs, umbrellas and toys . It was a very quiet neighborhood and only a 2 minute drive to the pier. Joy was a wonderful host and answered every question we had. The only thing was the beds were a little uncomfortable, but I dont believe any bed will compare to your own bed back home. Lol. If you want to be out of the hustle and bustle, I highly recommend staying here.

So sorry about tv coverage. We specifically have entertainment tv only. We have Amazon Prime video and Netflix. Also many movies. My quest book explains in detail the remote and TV info! No local news shows.

We bought this house 10 years ago and have spent that time making it look like a beach cottage. We love this house and don't get to spend as much time as we would like there. So we decided to share with others that love the beach like we do.

This house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It has two screened porches - that I love. Spend most of my time on them. Large shade trees on the property. It's away from the noise, but a two minute drive to the beach. Great for a couples or family vacation.
