-Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises.
-No events, parties, or large gatherings are permitted.
-Street parking is not allowed.
-The minimum age for booking is 25 years.
-Smoky Cove Resort community pool is available for use seasonally and operates from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
