Spacious, cheery, newly furnished 5 bedroom home located in beautiful Flying Horse in North Colorado Springs. The home features 5 fireplaces and 25 foot ceilings. Tons of windows makes the house bright and cheery. Five minutes from Air Force Academy. There is a beautiful park within walking distance (100 ft). This perfect home for large or small groups(families/friends/business)wanting to stay near the Air force Academy.
With two master suites (the downstairs suite is brand new-never used), the home sleeps 10 in beds, with 1 additional air mattresses available upon request ( for a total of 12).
1st floor has a large (fully stocked) kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Formal Living room, dining room, brand new powder room, a cozy family room and a master suite.
2nd Floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. There is also a study with an oversized chair if you want to get away for a quick rest or to read a book (portable desk available upon request for work).
The lower level is brand new. It includes 1 bedroom and a full bathroom. A large living room with a Smart TV. A beautiful stone bar with copper counter tops with a fireplace which is perfect for entertaining. 1000 sq. feet of open space is ideal for a group gatherings. There is a play room for the kids to hang out. Lots of toys and books included. The lower level also includes a brand new master suite that has never been used. It offers a lot of privacy. The attached bathroom has a garden tub and shower.
The property has an extra large back patio (1000 sq. feet) with a fire pit which is ideal for a family BBQ.

The property includes a large backyard with a built in sandbox perfect for children to play and a park within a 100 ft.

Fantastic Extended Weekend

Kelly is a wonderful host and was in contact with us just the right amount. The home is exactly as pictured, and beautiful! We had three couples (all of us had en suite bathrooms!) and two adult children (shared bathroom) stay at the house, and it was more than enough room where we could spread out if needed. I can't say enough about how wonderful it was to have everyone together, and in such a fantastic place.

Perfect home for multi-generational stay!!

Our extended family of 8 stayed very comfortably in this beautifully decorated home. Plenty of gathering space, including an incredible backyard and fire pit. Everyone having their own bathroom was fantastic! If you’re in town for any USAFA event - this location can’t be beat!!

The house is beautiful! Absolutely spotless. The Owner was so gracious and responded quickly to all communications. Flying Horse is an unbelievable location in Colorado Springs. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house and great location!

Beautiful house - very well stocked and comfortable (loved the back patio!). Perfect for extended family as both sets of grandparents had their own "master suite". Extremely convenient to north gate of USAFA!

N Gate rental

This stay was wonderful. There are a number living spaces (perfect for larger parties) which are beautifully decorated. There are 5 fireplaces, a bar and entertainment area downstairs, 2 full master suites, and large patio with fire pit. The owners checked in on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Location is very close to USAFA North Gate and shopping. If we are ever in the area with my family, we would love to stay here again.

Home away from Home

Tremendous home in a great quite neighborhood located in a great part of town. Plenty of room for 12 of us to gather as a family for food/watch a game and still retreat to our own areas. Great central Kitchen with four dining/living areas just a few steps away. Downstairs rocks as a playroom with seperate bedroom areas. Host were terrific. Our USAFA family would most certainly stay there again.

Beautiful home, with enough space for everyone!

Flying Colors

Do not hesitate to choose this property! The communication was great and this stay has all the comforts of an upscale home. --various spots to gather and also plenty of room to spread out too. Bonus: If you are an Academy family, you will love the proximity to North gate and we were even treated to watching the Thunderbirds practice from the neighborhood.
