This large stylish colonial estate combines the charm of a plantation house with a contemporary housing.
Surrounded by a lush tropical garden, Le Manoir de Lurin is a unique property within only few minutes by car to Gustavia and the beautiful beaches of Salines and Gouverneur.
The property overhangs a part of St Barts, the hills and the islands far off. It offers a very nice diversified view.
This property is made of several buildings spread out the property:
The Colonial house
The main house as all the colonial homes opens onto a covered terrace with large sofas. The outside decks and inside parquet floors are made of exotic woods. On the main floor you will find a large living with a billiard table, a tv room, a kitchen and an outside dining area.
From the living you access the master bedroom on the first floor. Spacious, it opens onto a balcony overlooking the tropical garden and the ocean.
The Garden Pavilion
It is a small house surrounded by the lush garden. It offers a large bedroom with two queen size canopy beds, a small kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace.
The Sunset Pavilion
The sunset pavilion, at the edge of the property offers a bedroom with a separate living, a bathroom with a tub and an outside shower.
A second bedroom and bathroom is underneath.
The Guests’ Pavilion
The guests’ pavilion, at the entrance of the property, has a bedroom and a private bathroom. This pavilion will be perfect for guests, children or staff. In addition, it has an alcove with an extra bed.
The Pool area
It is a long (49 feet) heated pool from where you can admire the view but also receives friends, have a party, celebrate a birthday or a wedding. The large sofas, sun chairs and sun beds encourage you to rest and relax.
The gazebo opens onto an outside dining area and a small kitchen with barbecue.
Le Manoir de Lurin has a lot of charm and the atmosphere is unique.
