A beautiful villa only 50m from the wonderful Ag. Ioannis beach! Riviera luxury beach bar is only a 5 min. walk away!
The villa has been renovated this year, boasts all essential amenities and wonderful sea views and its location is strategic!
There is a football field as also a playground and great gardens surrounding the property. The walk to the beach is literally just a minute! There is a built in BBQ and outdoor dining areas so you can enjoy the summer breeze at its best!
The villa consists of 2 floors.
On the main floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, the living room and kitchen as also a full bathroom. There is A/C here too.
On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms. Both with double beds. In one of the bedrooms there is an attic with a double bed. There is a full bathroom here as also A/C in the hallway.
The garden outside is a beauty with your own built BBQ and a nice dining garden table.
