The property is a former monastery which has been meticulously renovated to create 4 comfortable bedrooms with private bathrooms.
With 3m high ceilings, the bedrooms and bathrooms are very bright, thanks to huge windows filling the rooms with light. Each room has double panel windows, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, fridge and are equipped with USB socket. High speed Wi-Fi is included.
The bathrooms have been designed with taste and utmost concern for the comfort and hygiene of our guests. They have either Italian or Neo angled glass showers, towel warmers, suspended sinks and toilets and hair dryer.
On the ground floor, you will be dazzled by the huge living room with its old vaulted chapel, its seven-meter high ceiling, a central fireplace, and an old 18th century well, all of which testify to an extraordinary past. The dining room has oversize windows where rays of sunshine fill the room with natural light all day long. The living room has large armchairs and sofas surround a second fireplace. In summer, you will appreciate that the ancient thick walls of natural stone keep the interiors cool. The living room offers direct access to a magnificent open-air interior courtyard featuring two authentic limekilns from the days of the monastery. This peaceful courtyard patio is the perfect place to take your breakfast.
The graceful gardens are delicately planted with local trees and flowers. Relax by the swimming pool, read a book or soak in the French sunshine on our sun beds, or play a game of pétanque on the bowling green. End your day with a cocktail by the pool. The evenings are sweet and relaxing!
