Great Townhouse a block away from the beach! Come on in after a day at the beach and enjoy the huge living room with a sofa sleeper, open kitchen downstairs and a half bath. All bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, walk in closet and a bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and the third has a set of twin beds. There is also a set of rollout twin beds in the downstairs closet. The second full bathroom is shared and has a tub. There are televisions in the bedrooms and living room. Cable and WiFi are provided. There is a complex pool that is available for guests, with BBQ grills by the pool and in the parking lot.

Very nice property. Very clean and convenient to shops, restaurant, and beach. However more parking spaces would be nice.

Pro’s and con’s

We arrived about early and we were able to check in early. The place is very spacious. However it is a three bedroom, three and a half bath. We couldn’t get the television in the living room to work. The place was dirty. Trash was left behind on the patio. Toys under the bed. The location is near the beach which was convenient and we appreciated the washer and dryer. The a/c vent is filthy. Hair was on the cabinet door in the restroom also on the door hinge. One of the bedrooms is listed as having one twin size bed and one bunk bed but only has two twin size beds. The kitchen was filthy. Utensils were not clean and cabinets were unorganized. Their is a butter knife on the floor between the refrigerator and stove and the floor is dirty. The house needs to be swept and mopped. Kids feet became black and dirty after walking barefoot in the house. Our vacation became somewhat of a cleaning vacation. I took pictures and would gladly forward them to you.

Fantastic house close to the beach!

We had a great experience staying at this house for our family vacation. Lots of room, very clean, great for several smaller families or a large family like ours. The kitchen enabled us to save a lot of $ on eating out. The best part was the location - 3 minute walk to the beach, which means you can go back and forth easily without having to drive. They also have a very nice pool, which my kids enjoyed very much. We would definitely go back!
