Raymond Pond. During the day explore Raymond Pond via canoe, kayak or paddleboard or enjoy sunning on the private dock. Or do both! Property features a private dock with plenty of seating space for parents and grandparents to sit while the kids swim out to the private floating raft or enjoy numerous float toys. There is also a smaller sandy beach area for an adult to sit in a lawn chair with toddlers who may be too small to go off the dock. House features a screened in porch which is ideal for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening while listening to the loons. Ideal property for kids who love the water. Shopping, restaurants only 10 minutes away along with many other tourist attractions.

We had a wonderful stay at Raymond Pond! The house is cozy and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed. The pond is outstanding for swimming! The water is extremely clear and there is boat traffic. Would highly recommend.

Awesome cabin on a very clean pond! Cabin was exactly as shown with everything you would need for a vacation with the family. The owner Michael. Was great and easy to get a hold of.

Magical spot on Raymond Pond

We just finished a wonderful 3 weeks at this lake camp. It is a perfect location, nestled between trees with a private dock on the very tranquil and beautiful pond. We woke to the call of loons every morning, and spent our days paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming. The cottage itself is very clean and well-stocked, with enough space to fit 8 people/2 families of 4 comfortably. Michael was quick to respond with any questions and very helpful. We can’t wait to book again next summer!

Little Piece of Heaven

This was our 4th summer staying in this area. We all agreed that it was the best property so far. The cottage was immaculate, so well organized, and stocked with everything you could possibly need or want. The owner, Mike, responded quickly to our questions and went out of his way to accommodate us. The swimming area was perfect; the kids loved diving off the dock and swimming to the float. We enjoyed using the kayak and paddle boards to explore the pond. We loved hearing the loons and saw lots of large fish jumping. The temperature was in the 90s so we spent lots of time in and around the water. The cottage stayed cool enough with fans so we didn't need to use the AC. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

Quiet and pretty pond

What a nice getaway from the noise and crowded atmosphere of sebago lake! Beautiful camp on a peaceful pond with lots of kayaks and paddleboards but few speedboats. Just what I needed.

Best description IS "rustic and charming".

The camp feels like a camp and not a lake house which is what we wanted. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of towels. Loved the good sized pond. We would go back.

Epic 2 week stay on Raymond Pond!

Maine Stay on Raymond Pond was an absolute vacation dream. This home is so clearly loved by the family that owns it and it was the perfect fit for our group of 6. Crystal clear waters, a beautiful dock, excellent fishing and all of the amenities you could need. Mike was the best host, always available if we had any questions. Our kids (3 & 8) loved the bunk bed room and the board games available. Sitting on the front porch or around the fire pit listening to the loons was magical. We are so grateful for our stay and we cannot wait to visit again!
