Welcome! Come and relax at the Sea Billows Bungalow! Peaceful sound side property with beautiful sunset vistas to be enjoyed from the westward facing deck. Enjoy your morning coffee and take in the beautiful water views of the sound or sip on a cocktail in the evening and experience the famous Outer Banks sunsets. We are conveniently situated near great restaurants, the outlet mall (perfect for shopping on a rainy day), Jennette's Pier (fishing and beach access), and a short drive from wedding venues in Manteo.

The Space:
The ground level offers ample parking, enclosed outside shower, charcoal grill as well as outdoor seating and can be enjoyed at night when the Edison lighting is on. Enjoy a movie night on the outdoor projector or take a dip in the year round 6 seater hot tub!

The main level offers an open concept living space with a well stocked kitchen(no dishwasher), seating for six at the dining room table, and a cozy living room. Two sliding glass doors grant access to the wrap-around deck. The primary bedroom has a king bed with memory foam mattress, the secondary bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a twin over a full as well as an additional twin to make a perfect kids room. All three bedrooms and the living room have TVs. Additionally there is a washer and dryer and two full bathrooms.

During the peak summer months enjoy access to the Village Beach Club (3 minute drive). It offers parking for members to enjoy the club house with food and drinks as well as a communal pool and beach access. Great environment for guests with small children. This is only offered when in season (Memorial day-Labor day)

We supply a small beach bag with six beach towels as well as six beach chairs. We have three adult bikes and two children's bike for guests to use.

When you arrive all of the bedrooms will have the quilt on the bed and all of the linens neatly folded on top, as they are pictured in the listing. We realize it is an inconvenience to make your own bed on vacation but we do this to ensure that you have the peace of mind to know your linens are clean and not left over from previous guests.

Everything that the Outer Banks has to offer can easily be enjoyed by a quick drive or bike ride.

Must be 25 years or older to book.

Pet fee: $150 per dog, maximum of 2 dogs.
We provide dog bowls for your convenience.

Great Stay at Nags Head
Clayton's home was everything we had hoped for and more! We came to Nags Head for a surf competition and were a very short drive to the pier which was so convenient! The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and the home was stocked with everything you would need. We really enjoyed the fireplace and hot-tub to warm up after a long cold day in the water. Clayton was responsive and helpful and made checking in and out a breeze! We can't wait to come back soon!

Perfect weekend getaway!
We had an amazing stay! The home was very clean and had everything we needed. Very easy communication with the owner. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and movie screen under the house. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Excellent
We booked this property for four nights as a quick spring break getaway and it met all of our expectations. The property is just as pictured and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe although it is fairly dark at night. Kudos to the owner for taking the time to leave helpful notes and labels around the house and for preparing a binder containing key information, ‘house rules’ and restaurant suggestions. All of the living room furniture was in good shape and comfortable. I will note here that watching television in the living room was a bit challenging. When the HVAC turns on it is fairly loud and we found ourselves having to turn up the volume on the television. All the kitchen items (pots, pans, utensils etc. ) ranged from fair to good condition and, as a whole, the kitchen was well equipped. It was a nice surprise to find a few spices and other pantry staples like parchment paper and tin foil in the cabinets. We regularly stay in VRBO properties around the country and this was the first time we had a host provide these items so it was a nice touch point that made this property more memorable. My wife and I slept in the master bedroom and the king size bed was firm but very comfortable. Our 18 year old son opted for the lower bunk bed in the next bedroom and also found it to be comfortable. The host was very quick (minutes) to respond to a few questions we had which was another big plus. Overall this was a great experience and we would stay here again.
