This beautiful, fully renovated home is quiet and peaceful. Perfect location for visiting friends or family or enjoying the amenities of Downtown Detroit and staying out of the hustle and bustle of the City. Close to all expressways and convenient to get to food and shopping.

Delightfully modern home has all the amenities you could want and will make you feel right at home. Our completely renovated 2 bedroom 1 bathroom house is fully furnished. You'll love the clean and crisp feel of the house which features brand new furniture, beds, and appliances including a washer and dryer. Our management team ensures a deep clean and sterilization takes place each and every time we rent out our home.

The space
Our home has a driveway that can fit 2 cars, full kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer, WIFI, and a smart ROKU TV you can upload your Netflix, HULU, or Amazon Prime accounts to.

We've loaded our home with amenities for you. Plenty of hotel towels, full cook wear set, tide pods for laundry, and brand new furniture.

We found the house to be a good fit for visiting friends, family and Detroit activities. It was advertised perfectly. Easy to get to and for friends to find us. Modest, modern furniture.

There are an enormous number of bugs in this home. Particularly fruit flies. This great property really needs an exterminator.

Perfect Stay

My friend and I were planning a last-minute trip to Detroit a month out when I found this listing. Not only was it affordable as the hotels in downtown Detroit were a triple the price for a third of the space we got with this house. It was clean, comfy (especially the beds!) easy to lock up, had everything we needed. We had rented a car so it was was a quick drive to and back. But if we didn't have a car and would have relied on Uber/Lyfts it would have been $30 + a ride probably because of the holiday weekend though. Thanks for making our birthday weekend here!

Old Car Festival & Ford Museum

We decided to go to Detroit this year to go to the Old Car Festival at Greenfield Village and visit the Ford Museum. This was our first time going to this event. We booked with Patrick at his VRBO. The VRBO residence was located within 4 miles from Greenfield Village. The house appears to have been recently renovated. Everything is clean and in great shape. The residence sits in a nice quite residential neighborhood and is located next to a daycare facility. There are restaurants within walking distance from the VRBO. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Patrick is an excellent host. Communication was great and the property was as described and more. Clean and neat, well stocked with items to make you feel at home. A super place indeed. I grew up in Allen Park a few miles away so I was quite familiar with the area. Make sure you stop by the Hungarian Strussel Shop on Park Ave in Downtown AP. Allen Park is a great location to go anywhere with super easy access to freeways and main drags to Downtown Detroit.
