This is an exquisite home away from home located in Gowon Estate, next to Gemade Estate. This Estate is one of the most secured in Lagos Mainland with 24-hour security men at the main entrance gate. The 3-Bedroom ensuite house is lavishly decorated to a high standard with beautiful upstairs veranda to relax in the evening. It has numerous features including CCTV for added security at the front and back of the house, downstairs guest toilet, over 100 DSTV Channels, air conditioning in all rooms, 24/7 power supply supported with Solar/Inverter/Generator, WiFi (and MiFi available to rent), integrated garage and additional space for up to 4 cars. The property is located 20 minutesâ drive from the Murtala Muhammed International Airport and 15 minutes to Ikeja shopping areas. Third mainland bridge and highways that leads to surrounding areas are within close proximity. A top-notch home youâll be comfortable and so happy to stay in!
