Exposée plein sud, cette villa d'une superficie de 200m2 sans vis à vis (hors lotissement) sur un terrain clos et arboré de 800 m2 vous séduira par son calme et son bon emplacement.Vous pourrez profiter de la piscine ( 7 x 3,5 m et fond plat de 1,40 m) et de sa plage ainsi que d'une pergola et transat.Cette piscine au sel est entièrement clôturée et sécurisée.Cette villa comprend une terrasse exposée plein Sud et une terrasse entièrement ombragée avec salon de jardin.Vous disposerez d'un barbecue à charbon Weber, et d'une plancha.Un terrain de pétanque pourra agrémenter votre séjour.La maison comprend une pièce de vie de 90 m2.
