Venez vous ressourcez dans cette belle maison de plain-pied située au calme dans le charmant village de La Flotte.
La maison est composée d'une pièce de vie lumineuse avec une cuisine ouverte et un agréable salon-séjour, un wc, trois chambres dont deux chambres avec lit double de 180x200 cm (un des lits doubles pouvant être séparés en deux lits simples de 90x200 cm), et une chambre avec deux lits superposés 90x190. Toutes les chambres disposent d'une salle d'eau.
La cuisine est très bien équipée avec four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur-congélateur. Un lave-linge et un sèche-linge sont à votre disposition dans le garage.
En extérieur, un agréable patio aménagé coté cuisine et une terrasse coté piscine vous invitent à partager des moments de convivialité autour d'un repas. Vous pourrez aussi vous détendre installés dans les transats autour de la piscine.
La piscine est sécurisée par un volet électrique.
Vous pourrez stationner vos véhicules dans la rue devant la propriété et ranger vos vélos dans le garage.
