Super cute cottage adjacent to the motel part of the property. Cute little porch, walkable to everything you need. 2 blocks to the boardwalk on Spencer Ave. the backyard is very nice and has a pathway to the pool. Front desk employees were super nice and accommodating. Cleaning service comes daily- also very nice. We loved it and will be back!

Slightly Deceiving Listing

This place was sufficient for our one night stay. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location can be a bit noisy and the neighborhood didn't quiet down until after midnight. My main issue with this place was in the accuracy of the listing. The listing says that check in is at 2 PM and check out is at 12 PM. After I booked, I received an email from the property manager which listed (among other information) the check in after 4 PM and check out at 10 AM. When I questioned the discrepancy, the property manager didn't seem to care and flatly stated that we were expected to adhere to the 4 PM check in and 10 AM checkout. This wasn't a big deal for us, but I found it deceiving. The pictures in the listing also appear to be for two separate units. There were pictures of the unit we stayed in, but the first pictures in the listing were of a different unit. Again, not a huge problem but a bit deceiving. Overall, not a bad place to stay.
