We do apologize for the inconvenience. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can have these issues addressed. We do wish you would've brought this to our attention sooner, we would've been more than happy to come out and address the housekeeping issues.

The owner actually has plans to renovate this winter and replace most of the furniture as well as the kitchen items but I'm so sorry housekeeping didn't check the balcony thoroughly.

We do apologize for the inconvenience, but we are glad we could get most of those issues addressed during your stay. Glad you had a good time otherwise!

I too am disappointed, disappointed in receiving this kind of a review when I was in contact with this guest several times during their stay and NONE of these complaints were mentioned or brought to my attention. I make myself personally available for all of my guests for any issues that may come up so that I can see to it that they are remedied. Upon this guests departure I found a note that was left in the unit along the same matters and tried several times to contact her to express my concerns that she was not satisfied but she would not return my calls. I have my cleaning service available 24/7 and could have had them return if the condo was not cleaned to their expectations. Regarding the blankets, most likely they were removed to be laundered and I was not aware of that. I would have been more than happy to have brought them new blankets if only she would have told me these things. A leak under the sink was never brought to my attention until now. As far as paper products in the unit, I provide a "Starter Set-Up" of paper products for guests. There is a roll of paper towels, trash liners in each can and 4 rolls of toilet tissue. I do NOT provide Salt or Pepper or any other kind of condiments nor do I advertise that I do. And there are several baking dishes I'm not sure what she was referring to saying no pan's to bake with. I have made sure to follow up on all of these complaints and eagerly took care of what I found to be legit. Again, I have reached out to speak with her regarding her dissatisfaction and she has failed to return my calls. I feel that most of these issues could have been taken care of immediately if she would have just told me during any of our several conversations that took place during her stay. Not once did she express any of these matters to me. I regret that her experience was any less than wonderful but hope that this will not reflect on the rental property that so many other people have enjoyed and return to summer after summer.
