Equipped with everything you need to enjoy a magical getaway in the mountains, this impeccable home features 4 Bedrooms, 4.5 Bath that is sure to impress! With an unbeatable location in Schaffer’s Mill, this oasis includes a private hot tub with stunning 13th hole golf course views and charming details throughout. Both beautiful and functional, the open concept design contains hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, a custom rock fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows to offer plenty of natural light.

This brand-new impeccably finished 4,087 sqft custom home completed in 2020, boasts exquisite artistry with touches of modern design and architecture throughout. The heart of the home is an intimate living space with soaring ceilings, complete with a flat screen TV and comfortably couch framed by the glow of the stone fireplace. The living area opens to the fully stocked gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, wine fridge and dining area with ample seating to enjoy a family meal. Adjacent to the primary suite is another guest bedroom with Queen Bed, ensuite bathroom and patio with outdoor seating area to relax. Upstairs offers two additional bedrooms: Primary Bedroom with King Bed, ensuite bathroom and cozy chairs; Kids Room featuring (2) Queen Bunk Beds and adjoining bathroom to the loft area.

The upper level also features an additional flex living space with shuffleboard table, mini bar, poker table, and a variety of books and board games for extravagant entertainment! The rec room has a large balcony with breathtaking views of the beautiful pine trees and comfy couch perfect for reading or watching your favorite movies on the large flat screen TV.

Skiers will enjoy the mud/laundry room just inside from the garage to gear up and down before or after a day on the slopes. THINGS TO NOTE: The HOA has rules in place pertaining to hours of work, noise, etc. however some nuisance may be expected.

PLACER COUNTY STR ORDINANCE: Placer County requires we inform you of the rules and regulations relevant to your home's Short Term Rental Permit. These policies are strictly enforced and fines from the county ranging from $1,500 - $5,000 can be issued to guests for each violation.

PARKING: All cars must be parked in the garage and/or driveway. Parking on the street is prohibited at all times.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: There shall be no gatherings, events, weddings or other group functions on the premises with more people than the number of persons stated on the agreement.

QUIET HOURS: (9PM – 8AM) No sound from the vacation rental home shall be audible from the parcel line during this time. Noise shall be minimized in order that it not be an unreasonable annoyance, disturbance or nuisance to neighbors.

LIGHTS OUT: All exterior lights that are not needed for safety or other outdoor use to the extent that such other outdoor use is not an unreasonable nuisance to neighbors must be turned off between the hours of 10pm-7am, seven days a week.

RED FLAG WARNINGS: Due to extreme wildfire danger all outdoor wood or charcoal burning is prohibited, including open wood burn pits, bonfires, campfires, and charcoal grills. Do not bring personnel grills or portable fireplaces. When a National Weather Service Red Flag Warning is in effect for the geographical area where the short-term rental is located, all sources of outdoor open flame (including gas/propane/pellet BBQs) are prohibited. It is your responsibility to be informed of Red Flag Warnings. You will see signs on the front of all fire district stations, hear about it on the news, see it on social media and hear about it on the radio.

TRASH: Please keep our bears safe by properly storing and disposing of trash. Do not leave food unattended in your cars our outside for any reason. Trash should be disposed of in the bear-proof trash receptacles located within the properties garage.

Stunning property
The house is stunning. Everything we needed for a great family vacation. The property manager Barb was so great! We came in during a big snow storm and she was so helpful with information and accommodated all our needs. Would highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

Spring Break 2022
We spent our Spring Break and had a fantastic time. Skiing all day and coming home to this fabulous retreat made our vacation that much more exciting measurable!!! The hot tub was perfect after a hard day skiing. We also took advantage of the poker table in the evenings. This house was just perfect for us!!!

A Beautiful Home As Advertised
The home was EXACTLY as advertised. If you appreciate the pictures and description of the property, you will not be disappointed. I would absolutely stay at this property again, and/or rent from this property owner, without reservation. The property was beautiful and very well-kept. It is centrally located and very peaceful. A very clean, well-stocked home made our stay very enjoyable. Everything in the home and yard worked. Communication with the property managers was excellent. They were always available and never intrusive. Any questions that arose were addressed promptly and completely, and they had a 3rd party concierge service who helped coordinate flower delivery for my wife ahead of our arrival. We TRULY enjoyed our stay. My only criticism of the property currently is that new construction is going on next door. Crews start-up around 7am Monday through Saturday, which is challenging if you are looking to sleep in while on vacation. This will surely be a non-issue in a few months once construction is complete. Again, I would re-rent without hesitation.

Beautiful home in Lake Tahoe
We had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful home situated in a new community. Living on the east coast this was our first time to Lake Tahoe. My husband and I were there with another couple to celebrate his 50th birthday! Hands down one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed at on vacation. Thank you to the homeowners and staff at Schaffer’s Mill for making our stay so nice. We went to the restaurant on property and had wonderful drinks and meals. Great location to all areas around Lake Tahoe. For sure if you are looking for a luxurious place to stay on your next trip to Tahoe choose this home!
