The entire house and yard is yours including driveway parking. Plenty of shade in the backyard to enjoy a refreshing drink in the summer, and we`re located in the cute and quiet Liberty Wells neighborhood making it easy to sleep and get work done. As our description says, super comfortable Casper memory foam mattress in the bedroom, and also a memory foam sofa sleeper with no crease in the living room. Relax and unwind inside our cute gem of a home.

The Liberty Wells neighborhood is a historic and laid back area of Salt Lake City. We`re located on a quiet residential street, but the neighborhood houses numerous popular brunch spots and many global restaurant choices. In Liberty Wells you`ll also find local shops and artists that represent part of a fast growing culture in Utah. The Liberty Park Chase Museum of Folk Arts also features the works of local artists, and the Tracy Aviary is home to exotic and native bird species. Overall, a convenient and fun neighborhood with a cute and homey feel.

Less than a mile from the nearest TRAX light rail station and bus stop. Also, Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful across the valley making them a quick and convenient choice.
