You are also a few walking blocks from the public park, marina and docks where you can crab and fish with your loved ones.
Enjoy the two generous second floor bedrooms equipped with a large a large master bath, jacuzzi and separate dressing area with a washer and dryer. Enjoy your time in the spacious kitchen, living room and separate office area, if you need to do work. Hang out in a privately fenced back yard with private sitting area, enjoying a wood burning fire in the chiminea. Enjoy this space with the ones you love!

The Space:
Enjoy the two spacious second floor bedrooms. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a Queen sized Bed, a large Master Bath, and separate dressing area with a washer and dryer. The Second Bedroom has a Queen sized bed and a Day bed.
Enjoy your time cooking in the spacious kitchen, and hanging out in the living room with an adjacent den, that has a sliding door and A Day Trumble Bed, should you need a couple more sleeping spaces on two comfortable single beds. Hang out on the spacious privately fenced back yard with an eating and sitting area. Enjoy a wood burning fire in the chiminea , pehaps toasting marshmallows with your loved ones.
PLEASE NOTE: This house is designed for small family or friend gatherings. The absolute max is 8 people. If your group exceeds 8 people, you need to rent another place as ours is not ideal for your group. If families have more than 8 people, written permission will be required before booking. Thank you!

Guest Access:
The house is designed for 4-5 guests, but may accommodate up to 8 in certain circumstances.
Guests will be given the key code for general access.
The front door is at ground level and has a three step access.

The Neighborhood:
Our house is located in the Heart of Cambridge and sits in a quiet friendly neighborhood community.

Our house has internet available for multiple users.
