We had a great stay

The room was nice and big...beds were super comfortable. Very clean - staff was very attentive. Pools were very nice and beach was great. Do not recommend all inclusive option - would go out to great dinners! Tom is a super host and provides lots of advice. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay

Our trip to Cabo and our stay at Garza Blanca was amazing! The resort is beautiful and very clean. The 2br suite was perfect for our family! Tom Lyons, the host, was the biggest help to us! He gave us tons of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. He was a wealth of information and was so quick to answer any questions I had when planning our stay! If and when we go back to Cabo, we will definitely stay at Garza Blanca!!

Incredible!

Our host, Tom, was in regular communication and offered suggestions to make our travel and stay easier. The resort was beautiful, and service on site was excellent. The restaurants offered excellent choices and we found options that everyone in our group enjoyed. Multiple pools to accommodate the vibe you want each day. The suite had everything to make our stay easier, generous and comfortable space for our family to spread out or hang out together. Wonderful experience!

Lovely Birthday Getaway

We had a lovely stay at Garza. The room was prettier than anticipated, views stunning and didn't even know there was a washer and dryer in the place - clean clothes for the trip home. We didn't do the all inclusive and glad we didn't. The food is ok here outside of breakfast and snacks by the pool. Lovely staff and amazingly clean!! We went to Flora Farms, Acre Farms and Sur Beach Club for great meals, cocktails and atmosphere. This place is located right in the middle inbetween cabo and the airport so it was easy to uber around. Tom was a great host, provided us with lots of recommendations very responsive and honest! Thank you Tom for a great trip!

Great Property. Great stay.

Tom, was very easy to work with and responsive. We have been to Cabo area 10+ times and we’re not disappointed by our first stay at Garza Blanca.. Garza Blanca is contemporary, beautiful resort. We enjoyed the roof top pool. Quieter and faster service. The multiple pools below were also very nice. We did utilize the all inclusive option for 3 nights. Super easy at checkin and if plan to stay by pools and eat and drink solid value. The restaurants were good but not sure I would do more than 3 days and have to repeat one. Overall, would definitely go back. Thanks again for your help, Tom

Very deceiving

Tom was so nice BUT the property was not as advertised. We were guaranteed a high floor and ocean view. When we arrived we were given a u it on the 3rd floor with views of all the AC u it’s for the resort. After more than 2 hours of arguing with the resort people, we had to pay additional fees to get a u it on the 7th floor with partial ocean view from 1 bedroom. This resort is a time share and revolves around trying to sell you a time share. If you are not an owner, they do not care about your stay or service. The cleaning people did turn down service 1 day and not the others. 2 of the days, they didn’t take the trash or replace any of the towels or coffee. We will not be returning. All of that being said, Tom was very nice and tried to help us.

Wonderful holiday Cabo trip!

We booked a last minute New Year’s Eve holiday family getaway at Garza Blanca. Overall the trip was fantastic. Great resort, relatively new, upscale finishes in the unit. Tom was great with the booking and pre trip planning. The Garza Blanca staff is exceptional, very attentive to all our needs and the floor the unit was on has a dedicated butler to help with needs like activities, reservations, or anything we needed. Essentially you looked up and someone was there asking if you wanted anything. The property has great pools for adults and kids with ocean views throughout. Beach access is great. The only downside was that our unit was on the ground floor with no ocean view and right next to the buildings Ventilation and AC units so our particular balcony was not really usable. BUT I chalk that up To us booking only a few weeks In advance for a busy holiday and I’m sure every other unit was occupied by the time we arrived. We talked to the front desk about moving but the resort was sold out otherwise I’m sure they would have accommodated us. Next time we would just book with more advance notice and then make sure we were getting an ocean view. Regardless we were by the pool and ocean all day anyway. Great trip thanks!
